justwise: I have a friend that did the same maybe slightly different but. He did his first masters in 2019 and applied for another masters 2020 because the PSW did not cover him. Two months into his second masters he got a graduate job with sponsorship in an engineering firm and switched his visa and deferred his masters 4 Likes 1 Share |

Bluetherapy: HR doesn't get involved, just advert and process. Informal chat will be with the department recruiting manager and you can pretty much ask anything aside for salary etc NHS bands are pretty set already 1 Like |

Bluetherapy: It interesting the advice that followed this post ...it discouraged it yet it was absolutely fine by home office and the visa switch was granted And thats my thought in my head , some times we need to seperate our interpretation of the rules ( as humans it can be right or wrong) from what it legally possible. At the end of the day it what is legally possible that counts 12 Likes |

Is it possible to pick appointment for biometrics at the Nigerian high Commission in London? Just trying to plan ahead because of my kid's school. Hoping to go around the Easter break. Or does anyone know the latest dates they are giving currently? |

canadaishome: I think so, that's if it does not come up in the interview. As it just discourages them. Make sure they are on the sponsored list as well. But I know of companies who went ahead to register as a sponsor just because of a candidate 2 Likes |

[b] canadaishome: You can’t, you have to wait until they email you an appointment date but that can take months. If you have the money go for fast track, you don’t need appointment for that. 1 Like |

mdeeokoye: That masters is deferred for ever…lol It’s getting clearer now that this is loophole that many can legally take advantage of especially those with work experience and qualification. 2 Likes |

Lexusgs430:Sir, I have called almost all spare room number in Hertfordshire, in-fact it made me feel I have a skill in customer relations. I may want to try a career in that later but for now, getting an accommodation is the most important thing for us now, spent close to 400pounds on hotel, airbnb is kinda useless around this side too. Helpp ooooooooooo. We are getting exhausted sincerely. 1 Like |

I find some of the responses here totally unwarranted. Like, why would any one here think some people fear Just2wise !? Are we in a primary school settings? BTW, I lent a female friend £2k for her to add to her POF around August last year. The money was SOLELY for proof of funds and she even suggested that we could draft and agreement but I wasn't having any of that(silly). She messaged me today that she didn't get the visa and with all the plenty talks, she didn't even mention anything about my money . I was shocked by her response when I asked her for the money since there wasn't any need for her to still keep hold of it. She said she paid the money to an agent to forge bank statements as the money I sent and about N500k were all she had(What she got from the Uni was more like part scholarship). Then she also paid the agent some other fees. Long story short, she has given my money to the agent BUT I don't need to worry as the agent promised to return the money back to her in the next few months and she'll definitely send it back to me when she gets the reimbursement No apologies, but black people don't even rate their fellow black people and some people come here to talk BS about Nigerians not helping their fellow Nigerians. For some of you here, the only place you get valuable information is only on Nairaland because the Nigerian/African leaving next door doesn't even rates you. Yet you'll see of them acting like someone owes them a response. We need to stop preventing other people from getting help PLEASE, because some of the attitudes we portray discourages people from providing help. 20 Likes 1 Share |

Please can someone advice me on how best to search for Project management jobs with T2 sponsorship. I’m currently searching while I’m trying to round off my masters. I just need to know what to search for and possible certificates needed. I’m hoping I can get a job at grad level in any industry as long as it’s project management role |
