IDENNAA: You re ally amused me It's like the postulations made agains Rasdache arsenal goal keeper prior his move to arsenal on how his clubs have always been relegated and so arsenal too will be relegated History is subject to change You dont hold a view that is not scientifically proven after several trials and hypothesis like it is done in the scientific environment or lab with so much seriousness and hate When you try make projections from history you leave place for possibility of changes or contrary results You need to let go of your rigid and parochial nature... That's why many of us here doubt your claim you reside in US because Some one well exposed and knowledgeable won't be throwing words and vile like a man that have never been to the classroom years ago Nigeria dont have many of this foreign born players like it is now reason because the influx of Nigerians to Europe and America was enmass after babagida failed SAP program where the Country was subject to hardship and inflation...lot of Nigerians whisked out of the country and it has been in droves since then...this Nigerians like every other humans have kids too and this kids like you and I have no choice but to identify with their father's country and culture and with the Nigeria law they're Nigerians and can participate in sports, politics and more... That's why the quest for Nigeria born abroad to identify with nigeria in economics, politics and sports will keep increasing because Nigerians are leaving the country in numbers everyday their offspring will one day wanna identify with Nigeria in Nigeria basket ball team for example most of the players were born and groomed in America and we are reaping the fruits so I believe football same will happen as we harness both FB and home groomed. Maturity is not revealed in age... you need to do better Mazi 4 Likes 1 Share |

Joezinho: Villareal play a flat 4-4-2 with their wide men on the touchline. Chuks is used to that kind of set-up. Nigeria doesn't play that way. He has to adapt or he may lose his spot. 1 Like |

Joezinho:Yes I noticed that he was drifting more into the center and creating space for him and Aina to make those one-two interchanges. But come to think of it if Iwobi can create space from the flanks, I think he'd do great damage if he's situated right in the center. |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Danielnino00(m): 11:54am On Jan 18, 2022 |
Mujtahida: One of the reason why Iwobi is best suited for the center is because when you play him on the flank, he won't stay there...He is always drifting into the middle..It used to be a problem back then because we didn't have an offensive minded RB..Shehu was the one manning the post and he was a liability on the offense...With Aina, I think Iwobi can thrive in that role.. |

So, Zimbabwe's Captain voted for Alisson over Mendy in that FIFA Best award, no wonder they are chopping bottom of the table at AFCON. No football brain, no brotherly feelings. Just otu players Other African nations that showed their asses Salah is more dedicated to club than continent, the eleribu voted Alisson Tunisia's Captain, another idiot that voted Neuer Namibia's Captain too, a whitewashed idiot voted Donnaruma Uganda's Captain, a Mumu and more, voted Donnaruma. Malawi's captain, na Senegal go deal with them today, that one too, voted Donnaruma. Angola's Captain, another otondo, voted for Donnaruma We suppose gather these useless people, flog them, especially that hating mumu Salah. 3 Likes |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joezinho: 12:06pm On Jan 18, 2022 |
drDoom3: You are right sir, Villarreal focuses their attacks heavily down the right hand side of the pitch.. When they gain possession, Chuks would drift out to the far right wing, Pena would bring the ball forward and spray it wide to him, and he would then cut inside onto his strong left foot to try and create a chance. One reason for this is because the spacing between the front two strikers and the midfield was rather large, and this made it difficult to create chances. Parejo would also roam from his CM position to press the opposition(off the ball) and this meant the flat 4-4-2 would often change into a diamond when out of possession. But that's not how SE plays. So he really needs to adapt. |

BascoVanVeli: There is no way they can use world cup performance as an excuse if they were being sincere. Except they are talking more about participation than actually doing something worthwhile at the tournament, because how do you even cut off your best performers on the world stage just so you can placate frayed nerves of underwhelming teams? |

Subzero047: Did anybody say anything about blindly voting every African? This was specifically in relation to Mendy, and there is no criteria that Mendy was not deserving of that award, being African should have also boosted his chances with Africans. What they did is akin to robbing your brother of something he earned, just so you won't seem biased. It is self-sabotage and it is the same thing we just mentioned about how Africans cannot work together, because they are sellouts Mendy earned that award by every metric, and his own people still voted against him. 1 Like |
