So ur car is calibrated in miles/hr and not km/hr. U have your answer already. Why u come dey argue say u no fit do 120km/h. A miles is bigger than a kilometer so when u r doing 80mph it's equals to 130kmph. Dont get it twisted again.

I will be glad to see this for myself. I go to church in Canaan land Ota every Sunday and I spend 1k fuel to and fro from Ojodu when I use my Corolla full AC plus traffic o. No cap.

Ok... Thanks for the clarification on tha calibration. So niw you believe it when I say I've not been able to do 120 with the car since I got it? You get it now right?

Don't twist my words, I didn't say u can't do 120.

You use 1k to and fro but me I used 2k from Ogudu to Obalende and then to and fro to Obalende to drop off with almost 45min sleep with AC on wahile waiting. Which one to you is more economical

It's clear you do not know the unit your speedometer reads.

Its now clear bro... I know my mind has been program to the Japanese/America system of km/h...

Every time I always wonder why will my speedometer be reading 60 but Gmap and Uber app will be reading 100... I just dey wonder. grin

Looool, but you agree that commission is now 25% paid by the drivers, right? In this hustle, every naira counts, not even now with the increased commission and all, not everyone takes 600 trip, but the day i took it was when I knew we were being cheated.

Why not be transparent to allow drivers know they actually pay the full commission and not the riders, be like you be Uche true true, defender of Bolt Nigeria.

Abeg help me confirm attached picture.

Lolz...That's for that particular trip which I have explained already.
Anyway if u want us to agree Bolt now charges 25% because of the changes, it therefore means Uber is now charging 30%. Why is nobody talking about this, Abi una be Uber apologists?
That's because truly it's incorrect to say they are charging extra 5%. I rest my case.

IFSHR:

Bolt self get fraud for body....they increased without no mail to inform their partners, allowing pearl to be defending them unnecessarily

Pearl you need to apologize to everyone you insulted on this subject matter

That response is for that particular N600 example trip.
For that minimum fare trip their 3% extra isn't enough to roundup. So in actual sense we pay 25% commission for N600 trips

I still calculated my earnings for last week Viz a viz booking fees and the 3% extra charges and it's intact, except they have increased it yesterday.

My car has a Max speed of 160... I guess now you believe me when I said I'd not done 120 yet... Just a few times I'd seen the meter reading hit 100 and at this time the Uber app will be reading 140km+ in bold red color na that time my eyes dey go my speedometer to see what's going on.

Doing 130 on a Benz is oike doing 80km on ur lapka lapka Corollagringrin

Talking about fuel bros... You actually can't relate... Dont worry I've a bad oxygen sensor and air flow meter hoping to get it fix by month end during my next oil change.

I will gladly rent my car to you for a week so you see how fuel efficient the car is.

What else do I need for a car that does 14km/L? How much fuel will ur lapka lapka Corolla do for that distance?

Bros I still went to convenant twice last week I spent just 2500-3k for fuel to and fro with full ac... My O2 and MAF bad oooh... How much will a corolla spend?
Pls what car is this? 14km/L is 39.55mpg. That's quite impressive

No be play bros. I hit 180km/hr on my elegant Ford duratec those days on 3MB.
Trust me, I complete that bridge in less than 5mins. This one I have confirmed personally...
Even my civic completes that bridge under 5mins. Wetin una dey talk sef? Bridge only seems longer when there is traffic.
If you do the math @120km/h it will take roughly 6minutes to cover the 11.8 km of the bridge.
So @180km/h it will be roughly 4mins.

Inapp call uses data connection.

Who ask them for bonus? Is it someone like me with 18% completion rate that will get the driver bonus?

So the acceleration was Uniform all thru àbí, there wasn't anytime he decelerated by any means...even during turns, àbí 3MB has been straightened during closures....well seeing is believing. I agree with you guys but don't believe...

My ? , what period of the day, did this neck breaking speed happened? Don't let us be an Ushe please, let's make assumption(s) where its applicable - assumptions such as ...no speed bumps, no turns, no craters, no breakdown vehicle...

My ? Is what period of the day did this neck breaking speed happened?

5mins or even 10mins is too short a time to see any marked difference in mpg as a result of non uniform acceleration, deceleration, curves and turns, sharp breaking etc.
That calculation in in order on d average. Moreover when car companies or car reviews tell u speed specifications do u ask them if they considered deceleration, curves, or constant acceleration?

Actually from Abule Round About into Badagry Expr Way down to Akesan, I even still waiting at the Igbo Elerin junction after making a turn facing Igando for like 30-45min without getting any request.

The only request that came was back to LASU and the PUD was about 3.8km and the rider canceled b4 it rang out self. Got the ikoyi request just when I got to Akesan.
