See, I agree feeding her mother-in-law once a day is very bad but look at it this way: a mother of three still breastfeeding needs to manage 40k monthly on food and childcare amongst 6 people. It won’t be easy na. Baby diapers and food have skyrocketed in price ooo. 6k per one particular milk like that for babies, buying 4 of it for the triplets to share in a month alone is 24k, out of 40k monthly

As of last year,

A mother told me that she spends roughly 30k to feed her baby with formula bec she's positive for HIV. ONE CHILD O!!
We didn't add the cost of other things to maintain a baby

Op's wife has 3 kids, triplets. She obviously cannot afford formula. Breast milk is free. Those kids will most likely be eating only breast milk, and pap. It is not easy for 3 mouths to be sucking and biting your breasts dry. If the wife doesn't eat well, the children can't feed. Two years is enough to breastfeed a child.

There's also a high chance these kids are malnourished. Of care is not taken, one of them might die.
