So, Zimbabwe's Captain voted for Alisson over Mendy in that FIFA Best award, no wonder they are chopping bottom of the table at AFCON. No football brain, no brotherly feelings. Just otu players

Other African nations that showed their asses

Salah is more dedicated to club than continent, the eleribu voted Alisson
Tunisia's Captain, another idiot that voted Neuer
Namibia's Captain too, a whitewashed idiot voted Donnaruma
Uganda's Captain, a Mumu and more, voted Donnaruma.
Malawi's captain, na Senegal go deal with them today, that one too, voted Donnaruma.
Angola's Captain, another otondo, voted for Donnaruma

We suppose gather these useless people, flog them, especially that hating mumu Salah.

Here i was wondering if African Captains didn't participate.

Nigeria nko?

Which Algeria were 4th before the last AFCON?
You earlier said Morocco crashed out in the group stage of the last AFCON..

You don't know what you are saying at all..

Morocco clashed out to 83 ranked Benin yes or no? You are chasing semantics here

Okay let me try to explain, in a class a student scores 95, 93, 85, 32, 22 and the second scores 68, 55, 51, 62, 50
Student A gets an average of 65.4 while Student B gets an average of 57.2, despite failing two courses Student A comes first in class.

To bring it home, Nigeria played Brazil and Argentina two teams in the top 10 and drew those matches, those are the kind of draws that would boost your points, not Oman and Syria.
Bro, save your strength...That guy can be so unreasonable..
I used to fault the FIFA ranking method myself until I took time to study it...
All the countries are well aware of how it's works that's why the smart ones use it to their advantage..

What about the games they drew?

You don't know how the ranking works at all..

It's simple, the amount of points u lost from losing a game depends on how low your opponent is behind you in the world ranking..
If draw with an opponent ranked below you, you lost points too..

Algeria were able to overtake us in the ranking after we drew twice with Sierra Leone..Those two draws cost us points...

What about the Afcon they won, are you saying the amount of points you get for winning Afcon is lesser than the points you get for losing to a lowly rated team?

I don't know why people still come here to accuse FIFA as if we haven't had this discussion

Even when Nigeria won AFCON in 2013, we did not get to number 1 in Africa. Na so e easy to be number one?

We agreed that it is easier to go down than to climb up in FIFA rankings.

No past history says no.

Remember world cup 2014.

Uchebo, Oshinowo, R. Gabriel ( had not played 200 minutes of football) , A. Egwuekwe, Kunle O., Ejike Uzoenyi, where all selected above proven and by tested players. Where are these player's today or did they ever progress.

Meanwhile Obagoal, Sone Aluko, Shittu, Ignored and left behind.

Frank Onyeka proven and tested in the best league in the world has already been ignored put to one side over somebody preference project player from the lowly Segundo division.

there is no need to make reference to that period no need to go into details because it was really bad. The onyeka u are talking about is in camp OGA, do you think Eguavoen at this point is seeking cheap money? The man is looking for glory . So if he performs he will feature . who will believe that simon will produce such performance? Or u think he will intentional leave him out? Omo, stories showed that iheanacho has been massive in camp and we saw the result. At this point the coach knows more than you, swallow the bitter pill. Whoever he fields is the best. It would have been different if onyeka was not in camp.

On penalties..
You do realize that a game lost on penalty shoot out doesn't count as a lose? I'm very sure you don't know..

You go about recording gaffes of the year, but the thread is littered with many false information from your end including your nonsensical "unpopular opinion"....

Yes

Yes

Exactly this

When we won AFCON did we become number one in Africa? When Zambia won AFCON, did they become number one in Africa?

It's you that is being unreasonable, I have brought out many instances that common sense should tell you that Algeria should have been on top of the African list over the past 3 years but you are confusing yourself with vague mathematics

This guy! cheesy

Are you implying that you get a bonus point from winning a tournament? cheesy. No my dear, you don't... Every game at the AFCON carry the same ranking power..be it group stage or the final itself..

Guy, quit the tough guy attitude o...enter FIFA website and read the criteria.. you are embarrassing yourself grin

I have nothing against Simon bro.. I'm just saying his crosses have not been up to par recently.

I agree with you, especially when we compare with teams that aren't even half at par with Super Eagles. They have decent and bettwr crosses. I expect we should have that in the bag as a threat in this campaign. For now, Cameroun have that, ranked best.

The only replacement we have for Ndidi is Onyeka. I don't subscribe to risking both of them in a game that has been won already.
