Hello Everyone, Please does a 5 year-old need to do NIN registration before passport renewal?
Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by ybahrbz91: 6:29pm On Jan 18, 2022
Thanks Dave.

Hopefully I will get my new passport before I apply for Visa.

DaveChapelle:

Just mention in your application, you are in the process of renewing. In your case, still within date, so probably not an issue or not...I applied forILR with an expired passport and mentioned i was in the process of renewal. When it was being processedi got an email asking me to send the recent data page, which had been done by then and i got the ILR without problems...

Hello,
How's everyone doing?

How's everyone gearing up for the increase in bills come April?

Anyway, for anyone looking to switch energy provider, you can join E-ON NEXT. They have a good rate, and if you sign up with my link, https://share.eonnext.com/iron-wren-281

you get £50 credit towards your bill.

With energy prices going exponentially up come April, if you can, you should switch now.

Good evening House.

I submitted the details of my present passport for issuance of COS. However, my passport is now in the 6 month range of expiry and I have captured for a re-issuance.
How should I go about it when applying for VISA?

Thank you.

If you have done the capturing, the old passport would probably be cancelled. Just notify your company of the updated number and they can add it to the sponsor note if COS isn't issued yet

Buying mattress in this country needs big dictionary grin grin
Beware of bonnel spring sha. I do prefer either memory foam (IMO closest feel to naija mattress) or pocket sprung (this maybe a bit pricey). Check FB market place or shpock for good deals but ask for description based on the above types and don't let them scam you into the word orthopaedic grin

Wait till 2027 nah, when another government overturns that decision.........

Remember when the government took out a loan to construct Dartford tunnel ? The government clearly stated, when loan was fully paid, the government would no longer charge a toll.........

What eventually happened ?

After loan was fully paid, they privitised the toll crossing ........... grin
