Nigeria university games(NUGA).During this games best athletes were picked for world university games...I remember my two senior bro were picked for world university games in United States, four friends were picked for the same games hosted by Japan, also six for Italy games in 1997.

Instead of disturbing yourself with under age teams, you can make it through NUGA games and make your academic priority.....cos the ex players with certificates are doing well after retirement even than some ex internationals.
don’t think NUGA is still being held in Nigeria

There is a Misconception that Rohr selected the team on a Me, Myself and l basis. No , not at all there was all kinds of input from all kinds of stakeholders.

Rohr told you this? Because he himself said decision on players were 100% his

They won the Afcon in 2019 and went on a 2 year unbeaten run since then but somebody is using mathematics as an excuse why they should be third in Africa behind Morocco that clashed out of the group stage of the last Afcon
Unbeaten runs full of draws..

Where were they before AFCON?

YOU don't magically become number one because you won AFCON..

Belgium is still topping..

Even with Italy winning Euros and a 37 games unbeaten run..

The Andre Ayew red card was disgusting. Almost as bad as the Mali situation IMO. Even the commentator said the ball was clearly there to be won.

Anyways u guys might enjoy watching this Ghanaian guy destroy the black stars grin

It's you that is being unreasonable, I have brought out many instances that common sense should tell you that Algeria should have been on top of the African list over the past 3 years but you are confusing yourself with vague mathematics
Seems their unbeaten run is confusing you..

How many did they win exactly..

Drawing Burkina Faso home and away..

That one na part of the unbeaten run?

They beat Senegal twice, Morocco twice and Nigeria including draws against Mexico while trashing teams like Botswana and Niger, I suggest you take a look at their results and tell me which other African country was in a better run of form

Ignorant?

The only one being ignorant and emotive is you..

Since you are hell bent on telling us how Algeria were robbed?

Can you also explain how Italy was also robbed?

They won a continental Cup..

Same as Algeria..

And they went on an even longer unbeaten run..

And yet they are NOWHERE near Belgium..

Guess that's another of FIFA's ojoro..

Where were they when they won AFCON?

The teams above them..

Where they on a losing streak as they were accumulating draws?

3 Wins in 5 games is still better than 4 draws and a win..

This was so fun to watch, I laughed so hard. When he called the goalie fine boy and said when he saves, he will do face like Snapchat filter, I nearly fall from chair.

I really enjoy this guy's analysis of things, he's one of few Ghanaians that will sooner praise Nigeria than blame us for anything. First time I came across him, he was defending Nigeria's music industry and why it is better than Ghana.

Funny guy, and I love how relatable his analysis is. He is analysing like a football fan, expressing himself freely, he no dey bother to do tactical analysis or talk about who dey play for wing or who dey play for midfield, whether na 4-4-2 abi 3-5-1 e no concern am. Just straightforward, pure fan analysis, as one would when they watch football strictly for the entertainment value.

Correct guy.

We tend to give Ghana more respect than they deserve when it comes to football.. Probably because they have a better H2H than us . But truth is, they aren't much of a football powerhouse up to our level..Maybe they have been unlucky Sha..

They might not have the big players names team since Michael Essien you know. But there is just this thing about rivalry, it goes beyond one team being traditionally bigger.

Secondly, over the last 15 years or so for a team with not so many star players look at how painful it was recently when they beat us in Angola nations cup, prior to that at they beat us at the 2008 nations cup in Accra ( I think that tournament we were pretty poor, with the German coach Berti Voigt who is the only manager to have dared put Vincent Enyeama at the height of his career in Israel as a second choice keeper behind Austin Ejide, reasons being that he thought Ejide had a better physical frame than Enyeama, and to be fair to Ejide he was pretty good that infact if we have an Ejide of 2008 now as an alternative to the current crops of keepers we have he is ×100 times better)

Like someone in that Ghana lamentations space opined, na before we get rivalry with Ghana. Ghana's latest rivalry is with South Africa, not with us anymore. We don pass their level.

Watford are on the verge of signing Samuel Kalu after a deal was agreed with Bordeaux, reports @AdamLeventhal

The fee is expected to be in the region of £2.5-£3.5m and he is expected to sign a contract until 2026.

He’s set for a medical on Wednesday before completing the move.

I won't go low to talk about stupid opinions on this thread but they would speak for themselves, my point is there is no reason for Algeria to 3rd in Africa after a 38 match unbeaten run that has dwarfed every African countries result over the past 4 years, Ciao
ok , fifa don’t like their FA president he refused to pay egunje so they’ve decided not to make Algeria number one

I read in Completesports that we would be having 8 changes to our lineup with only Ndidi, Troost and Iheanacho retaining their spots. They had Uzoho, Ebuehi, Collins, troost, ajayi, Ndidi, Nwakali, Iheanacho, Ejuke, Olayinka and Iwobi expected to start. I like the lineup personally, I just wish Onyeka could have been smuggled in. If the line-up is true, this is Nwakali's chance to justify his inclusion. Waiting to see who would make a strong case to play in the 2nd round. Am surprised Musa isn't listed though, seeing that he made a cameo in the last game.
