Wazobia2216:Are you minding them! All of a sudden everyone is now a motivational speaker and financial adviser. All of a sudden they care about the poor and development in the southeast! How many poor people around them have they helped! The Igbos say they want their own country, they protest you kill them and call them all sort of names. They say Okay let's stay at home and protest in a safe way you say they are killing their own economy, what has the economy done for the east? For decades they literally have to manage what they have and produce their own stuff. All the big industries, companies, government entities, seaports are all in the south. Igbos know this and among other things, they are not fools so keep the economy BS to yourselves. 2 Likes 1 Share |

zedegit: I'm amazed that during "sit at home" our security officers also sit at home, all the road blocks and check points are always deserted during sit at home as the pictures from BBC Igbo showed. Why are our security officers also observing sit at home? 1 Like |

BeardedmeatR: What is this one saying? It is the height of senselessness to shutdown critical services, in the name of any protest. I am not saying that people who support Biafra agitation should not continue to back Kanu... but locking down economic activities, i.e. livelihoods, is highly insensitive and inhuman. That isn't bravery at all. That is cowardice. How does this action significantly affect Buhari or the North? I am Igbo, but I can say it anywhere that the Yorubas are way more civil than the Igbos. |

udele1: Are we complaining? Why is it peppering you? Initially, you were happy when some states partially comply, now that its obvious that SE people shut down due to their love for Kanu, you decided to use reverse psychology. Leave the dhut down for us, it is a news worth having, none of your leaders can command this sort of respect kanu has |

jmoore: Using reverse psychology doesnt suit you and your likes at all... Who asked you? Are the SEners complaining to you? This feat shows the solidarity igbos have for kanu, can you do same for tinubu or igboho? You clowns will still say igbos are not united, now you are shifting the goal post. Losers.... |

If obj was President, the entire southeast would have been given a military Governors by now, it's conveniently to state that the authority of southeast States is in the hand of a sect just like Taliban and not in the hand of any govt the day Ipob will start forcing private individuals and companies to be paying them compulsory levy will be the day it will be a game over for southeast Governors and leaders Buhari is too gentle for my liking, declare a state of emergency in North east and south east and let the military handle these people stupidity |

BeardedmeatR: And for the records, Sit - at - Home will never never ever release Kanu. And only the masses are groaning under the weight of this foolish method, IPOB should try something else abeg. Nairaland branch of IPOB will never see reason why this method is not working. It's implementation is working yes, but the purpose of which it is being observed is not working. If it is done just as a form of solidarity to their leader, it is good. But if it is done to force government to release him, then please find something else abeg. |

BeardedmeatR:This is one of the many reasons why UK and America refuse to send observers, they can not be seen supporting terrorist militias who are enforcing rules on a people like slaves, slavery or enslavement is not condoned in these times. Ipob have no legitimacy, hence such actions further alienates it from the rest of civilized people and world. 1 Like |

udele1:Lol do you think you have made any point ?? ... It shows how powerful the Igbos are and they can put the whole SE economy till Halt until there demands are met, thats been smart of them to do,politically it is called Boycotting it’s really effective for undermining government decisions. This is the last thing the lazy SW youth would do because they lack sense are they are too slow and dumb to carry out such gigantic task. Your leader sunday igboho is languishing in jail simple speak up nobody could say anything, how much more the North where there is constant bloodshed nothing could be done, i am really disappointed in the North but the SW is there way they are clueless sheep and snails. The Lockdown shows signs of power and that’s how great revolution started in other regions, this shows they are greater than the state and FG sooner or later they will get the freedom they want and breakout from the Evil shackles of Nigeria a cursed country . 1 Like |
