Fist make your intention to date her known to her. Sometimes, a good friend doesn't make a good partner. Get to become lovers first, then access things within the next 4 months, I know people will say she may pretend within the period but believe me, a woman can pretend throughout her life. It's up to you to be smart enough to know what you want. I can make concrete decision on a lady within two months but may not be the case with another person.
On age, I usually go for what makes me happy not what people think, however, make sure you guys do fertility test before saying I do. There is a reason for that and make sure you guys are ready to start having kids as soon as the marriage ceremony is done with. Success

You are right about the man's chances also getting slimmer with age too.

About settling for his age gap, that's his choice to make.

They have higher multiple births look it up and not necessarily because of IVF.It is very true even without fertility treatments.

OP,l will advise you move with caution.A number of questions and issues persist as to why one should think twice about marrying a 32 years old.Firstly,why would no one find her suitable for marriage all these years? what was she doing with her life all these years and what is she bringing to the marriage in terms of career since it might not be very convenient for her to be starting a career now in the midst of child bearing and rearing? how will age affect her fertility? having experience much in life, will she be as submissive as a younger woman would be?and most importantly, the female gender is known to age faster than the men, can you handle that? I'm married to a thirty something years old and I know a woman's sexual life can be on the decline in her thirties and so on.So many questions and issues bro

You might get a younger lady and she will give you d love and peace of mind you desire. On the other hand, she might give you hell in return. Same thing with the 32 year ol lady
