Honestly, I don’t care about price, if an end user offers me 11$ and I registered a name for 10$, I will still jump on the offer right away, even if it was the first offer but seeing the way people make huge sales on domains sometimes, are starting to give me some mixed feelings. Maybe, it is time I upgrade my mentality a little and start pushing for a little more.Though, gradually; taking it one step at a time as my experience increases .....

Issue has been resolved, boss. They suspended my account because I couldn't verify in time that the domain I was trying to add on their site was mine.

I first heard about domain flipping at the end of October 2021 but couldn't start until about 2 months later (last December).

Please your thoughts on the following geo-domains I own:

Apartments // Tacoma // king

Car//Rental // SanAntonio // king

Bakersfield // Property // managers // king

I have outbounded these domains but with no satisfactory results. Your sincere guidance will be much appreciated.

aim for higher CPC if you want to go for parking. The higher CPC the better but the lower traffic ranking the better. On the selling side, keyword need to be considered not just the CPC.

Obviously yes... There have been countless high sales from people getting domains at reg fee..... It's domain flipping for goodness sake.... You don't see the potential in a domain the same way I can't see the potential in yours....

You don't tell people what to pick..... They know what they picked.... You are not the intended end user ... And if many of the people here keeps listening to people like you they won't want to do this anymore cause you are making it seem like if they don't fit your definition of a good domain they won't sell.... And let me tell you that is wrong my friend....
