I have been impressed with Eguavon team strategy making us find our true identity once again. He has GIVEN us a strategic vision to buy into.

However, his team selection apart from two players has been very good. However, his substitutions have not been timely and lack vision.

One of the things I know about football , you don't need hours just minutes to know who your star performers are.

Within the few minutes that Olayinka, Onyekuru and Onyeka came on there was a CLEAR and OBVIOUS change in INTENSITY and QUALITY in those few paltry minutes given to them to impress.

The CONUNDRUM is why were Sadiq and Nwakali getting game time over and above far better players , WHY ❓

Sadiq was an embarrassment to the nation yet he was given time and Nwakali was just a passenger .

I know Eguavon knows his football and I know he is aware of how poor they are but why ❓❓

The coach is giving them (Nwankali and Sadiq) time because he's aware they lack self confidence, hence he's trying to help them build their confidence because he knows their quality better than the players do themselves. He seed what they cannot see in themselves. And he's trying to help them.

The other better players have no problems. They have gotten their chance already and will get more as the game progess. Everybody cannot play at a go. You know this, Komekn..

Oh its the Choir Master Supremo of the Nwakali Praise singers Choir.

Sorry have to deviate, Cote d'Ivoire have just scored three against Algeria .

Oh it's the Father of all things "dull" and "kom-minionish"

Man, Kelechi Nwakali shamed you so bad you had to come up with lies upon lies and deviations upon deviations to deflect from what a wonderfully Midfield conducting Performance he dropped yesterday.

Lad dropped a Masterclass and now sits top of the number of big chances created in the team despite playing lesser mins than all our Midfielders except Onyeka.

Like Osimhen shamed you. Like Iheanacho shamed you. Like Awoniyi shamed you. So will Nwakali shame you too.

So keep being the best version of you... our elite clown and master of lies and half truths. grin

Very contentious calls from referee Victor Gomes today.

How is that a penalty? Bringing disrepute to this high-quality clash.

There are three areas in football Defence, Midfield and Forward.

What are the key performance indicators for a good quality Midfielder ❓ Name them by degree of importance.

Then ask yourself which one Nwakali excelled in honestly and you will get your answer.

I am indifferent towards Nwakali.

I am mentioning him for the first time...I actually thought Iwobi and Sadiq were the ones with obviously underwhelming performances yesterday.

Nwakali had a decent showing particularly in the first half in my opinion.

Not interested in any unnecessary back and forth..but if you can bring up stats to back up your claim..I will be interested.

Why is that you always change the narrative instead of having a intelligent fact based discussion.

But you then get all deranged and incoherent with your irrational narrative.

We are talking about Nwakali not Osimhen , I don't know if you haven't noticed.

I was quite specific and clear with clear cut key performance indicators. But you are being in evasive and not contending with my deductions.

Well I will leave to keep singing your praise songs albeit it out of tune with REALITY

Come on, a little trip down memory lane to your other gaffes doesn't hurt. It shows a pattern in how absolutely clueless you get when it comes to assessing our lads.

Okay, you wanna stick to Nwakali... okay.

Nwakali shamed you yesterday, our Old Clown... even the stats say you cried. grin

I made this post right after the Equatorial Guinea game to explain things. But Johnbullmyson has you and some gullibles who will fall for his attention seeking post fooled ofcos with this attempt at an agenda.

Listen... I am reverred beyond NL for my football knowledge, insights, and analyses aiit. It ain't my fault I am so so good. No let jealousy knack you oooo. grin

You're too sentimental. So you think I was making that statement to spite you I was just highlighting how we all expected much from Algeria.

Bro honestly, you're too attached to yourself. I don't have time for any "agenda" thrash with anyone. And abeg no talk am again. I enjoy your posts. I want to keep enjoying it. Jah bless.

Did Ramos make it to last euros ?

Ramos has been struggling with injury recently at psg ,the World Cup is near so let’s see if Luis Enrique will drop his boys for him

Is balogun half the player Ramos or Thiago Silva is ,is he playing at high level like them ?

Balogun is good for the next World Cup where he will be 34 ,maybe you want him to play another World Cup at 38 like Thiago Silva will be doing ,you think say Chelsea Na Rangers abi

Balogun will be 34 while musa is 29 ,where did I tell you musa must go to another World Cup ?

Will balogun be playing at a high level at 38 ? I doubt Baba

Na una coaching crew call musa and e no consign me ,you can see that he didn’t step out of the bench yesterday

My man stop capping .
Musa is sha older than balogun

The Algeria unbeaten run and the matches play.
in Algeria 35 unbeaten run they had 10 draws( 2 friendlies and 8 Qualifiers all against them ranked lower than them)

Interestedly, Algeria were 13th in Africa and 67th in the world before the unbeaten started.
Now they are second in Africa and 29th in the world.

Note: this AFCON matches have not been updated

I'm happy you copied that Thomas..
Since he was too lazy to do his own research..
Let him now show us the FIFA ojoro..

Ivory Coast beating Algeria today is highly expected.

The Algerian's confidence had already been battered by Equatorial Guinea.

Sierra Leone hit the first blow but the Guineans finished them off.

Ivory Coast are only matching over a broken team. Simple.
