Una with this manipulation talk sef

Stocks were up this morning due to good earnings reports by some companies coming in

In late afternoon, the rally fizzled and they came crashing with more word of Fed rates rises coming in.

Bitcoin followed them, nothing like market manipulation.

Smart money stays out the market now till the impact of Fed policy tightening is known. Not trading is also trading.

Seems the best play. Most likely we go up before the ugly nuke in the run up to feds first move.

Are you still on near and dot?

I noticed something guys on Binance. When a coin is dipping, of course, it's losing monetary value of your investment, but when it rises back to the exact point where you entered a trade, you entry money value is no longer the same, why?

For instance, I buy a coin, say FTM, at -5% with $100. Dipping continues and, of course, $100 reduces simultaneously.
But when the said FTM rises back to -5%, balance is way less than $100 - now around $89.

Please, why?

Good morning. I'm a newbie.

° With the CBN restriction on the use of regular commercial banks for Crypto trading, can I still use any bank?

° I tried opening a Kuda account online, but for two weeks that I've been trying repeatedly, I didn't get the OTP on my phone. How do I go about it please?
NB: I didn't use a referral code, I only registered straight away.

Thanks.

Mehn!!!!
I so much love Nairaland and the raw way the handle situations, no sentiments.

From my view, both the seller and the buy should be blamed for how the situation went.
Ignorance from the buyer for not confirming his payment by clicking paid after paying.
Solution.
Buyer just man up and apologize to him for dragging his name to the mud and exposing his details, even though you feel he wanted to scam you by not picking up when you called him for 24hours.

From the seller part, first am not happy you are ranting about 1m and lawsuit. Yes the newbie did not confirm his payment by clicking paid, as a trader you can't tell me for good 24hours you did not notice a failed transaction because I know binance sent a notification. When am trading two things I look out for, 1. When someone click my ads for payment, 2. My bank alert to know if the name matches.

Good you claimed you where making millions of transaction which means he is the only one at the moment that marked and paid for 20k damn!!!

You saw an alert of 20k and you know the trade of 20k was cancelled, that along should make you anticipate a call from that particular person, but no, you where busy with millions of trade for 24 good hours, haba now even if you be CZ. Definitely anybody in that situation calling and texting and you not responding will feel you want to scam.

Then whoop!!!! Binance blocked your trades and you started contacting him.

Mehn let's call a spade a spade both of you......

Regardless since we are at this juncture now.

Please buyer apologize and post an explanation on your social media handle so that your viewers will know it was an error.

Seller please us your 1m and buy the dip.

Problem no the finish, wahala no the hard to start.
We moooeeeve

The fact that he didn't mark the order as paid is the issue. People that trade large volumes don't have time to be patiently sorting out issues like this.

When you buy at -5%, it's the percentage dip the coin made in 24 hours only. This -5% is valid for that day only. After 2 days the coin may be showing-3% but it may actually be lower in price than when it was at -5% because they are calculating the percentage change of the coin in the last 24 hours.
Hence if the coin were to rise a bit and starts doing +5%. The +5% is the percentage change of the last 24hours only and it has nothing to do with the price of the coin as at when you bought it at -5%.

3% negative feedbacks compared to 97% positive. That’s reasonable. Anyways all of this that you’ve typed doesn’t quantify the numbers of damages done. Posting my pictures. Exposing my details and defaming my character. They won’t understand everything you’ve said here. Just read up and do research. Now , how would you explain to the thousands eyes that read that you’re defaming a fellow man because of 20k. Anyways. I’m not in the best position to educate you on that.
How dare you say because of 20k? Is 20k not money? You are indeed a thief! Whatever you got coming at you, you deserve it!

Reality check before you sleep tonight:

The current crypto market won't be this hot forever.

You see the market is volatile and people are printing money? I have been online long enough to know that the heat will eventually die of.

More people getting into crypto has its good and bad sides.

The good side is that crypto will generally get more accepted.

The bad side is that the more people, the less opportunities for easy gains.

The real profit centres will be far from the reach of normal people.

So while I do support the message of "oh let's simplify crypto for everyone", here's a message for those already in the game:

Make hay while the sun shines.

Learn now massively so you can get your profits stacked up.

Opportunities like this don't come everytime.
