You can help the paedophile apply for an appeal of the judgment on the basis that it is too harsh. I know if the minor was your younger sister or daughter, you won't say the punishment is too much.

Even if a 12 years old girl is promiscuous and you have sex with her, should it end in court like this one....you and your lawyer can not use consensual sex as your defense because it would not stand before any judge.

don't compare a 12 year old to a 14year old girl...to reduce sentence , it's very possible..if the lawyer can prove it was a consented sex, yes it very possible..anyway we all learn, nevertheless the dude should suffer any punishment he's given, cos there's actually no excuse of any type of rape..self control is key, thats why we are adults.
