You can get a 550VDc 25/32A breaker Chint breaker

Growatts SPF 5000 ES has its inbuilt mppt as 450vdc 18a

I intend to connect my 20nr 300watts Canadian solar panels in 10S2P.

The VOC of the panels is 38vdc
So 10s is about 380v

I have been looking for suitable breaks for the input

450v 20a breaker but all I see in the market is 500vdc 63a

Please size of breaker is suitably sized for 450vdc 18a input?

So.... Got my quanta battery today 200ah... 150k
Bts inverter with Inbuilt cc 40k
150 X2 panel from a nairaland...
Yet to connect panel though. Here is my setup. Unit is for only 2 laptops. I didn't connect it to the main building. Suggestions are welcome please.

So in a way u v a 100amp battery if u decided to discharge to 12.0.

What valto said is true, you are only buying sticker on those used Canadian panels.
The panels are usually over rated than what they really are . A 300 watt used mono panels in actual fact may really be 170- 200 watts panel. Alaba runs .
Note there is nothing wrong in buying used panels, infact in this economy it is advisable.
The advice I will give you be present selecting and testing used panels. Do some research on size and watts that corresponds with what you want.
Also have an idea of testing voc and amperage of panels with a voltmeter, you tube is your friend..... Armed with this enter market and bargain...I repeat don't believe stickers on used Canadian panels.

Alternatively you can buy new original Canadian panels which are top notch, from major dealers such as gennex and some in house people.

If you can afford to get hands dirty just a little then go DIY. The price of 10kwh Felicity battery should get you a very solid 15kwh DIY with all the packaging, bells and whistles

How can a used Panel, be more okay than a Brand new of the same panel, both of which originally come from the same source (Canadian Solar)? shocked

Since non of them is made in Nigeria, it is like someone telling you that the Toyota that has been used in Nigeria, is better than a brand New Toyota from Japan, Haaba! grin grin

If you have the money, always buy NEW Product, direct from source or Dealership

Call them and buy.

Always Read Manual before you Install your inverter and do as recommended.

Breakers are for protection and Isolation..

How do you limit VOC with Breakers?

Manufacturer recommends breakers or Fuse..
