One day a merchant came to the village to buy the monkeys......

The villagers took care of the monkeys and waited for the merchant to return but nobody came. The employee in the nearby village had also disappeared.

The villagers then realised that they had bought the valueless stray monkeys for £700 each and were unable to sell them.

I think it's because of his $Paper call. Funny how everyone start panicking in bear, most people forming expert will run when bear hits. Instead of owing your mistakes, you start looking for who to blame for your misfortune forgetting no one help you make decision.

What people are seeing is sample of what bear market would be, not bear market itself. You will watch your asset lose 90% and wonder if God is real. 95% of people interacting with this thread will probably lose their money. Experience will turn you to a total pessimist in crypt.o

Of course I'm bleeding

This bear market is not like the 2018 market, where everything crashed all together. Because of market awareness and liquidity, the bear is based on category this time around. For example, we have Layer1 bear, metaverse bear, defi bear, p2e etc. Since we have so much liquidity and there is inflation risk with the USD, people will only be moving from one category to another.

Look at the image below, the global coin market cap was at $3.1T in NOV9 when bitcoin was at 67k, now it is around $2T, and bitcoin stand around 43k approx. When you account for new coins being added every day, bitcoin has lost about 35% while the global coin market cap has lost about 50%, that is about a 15% deficit; where did 15% go (about 465B USD )?. these are Vanilla calculations off the head ( so figures might not be exact).

It can only mean one thing, some coins will never see the light of day again, so be careful when buying the dip because you might be buying into an exit scam

One day a merchant came to the village to buy the monkeys.

He announced that he would buy the monkeys for £100 each.

The villagers thought he was mad.

They thought how can somebody buy stray monkeys for £100 each?

Still, some people caught a few monkeys and gave them to the merchant and he gave them £100 for each monkey.

This news spread like wildfire and more people caught more monkeys to sell to the merchant.

After a few days, the merchant announced that he would buy monkeys for £200 each.

Even the lazy villagers now ran around to catch the remaining monkeys and sold them for £200 each.

Then the merchant announced that he will buy monkeys for £500 each.

The villagers started to lose sleep! They caught six or seven monkeys, which was all that was left, and got £500 for each one.

The villagers were waiting anxiously for the next announcement.

Then the merchant left with all the monkeys said he was going home for a week and when he returned he would buy monkeys for £1,000 each.

He secretly gave the monkeys to his employee, instructed him to advertise and sell in the nearby village for £700.

The merchant went home and the villagers were very sad as there were no more monkeys left for them to sell at £1,000 each.

The employee did as instructed.
This news spread like wildfire. Since the merchant will buy monkeys for £1,000 each, there is a £300 profit for each monkey.

The next day the villagers made a queue near the monkey cage in the nearby village.
The employee sold all the monkeys for £700 each. The rich bought monkeys in big lots. The poor borrowed money from money lenders and also bought monkeys.

The villagers took care of the monkeys and waited for the merchant to return but nobody came. The employee in the nearby village had also disappeared.

The villagers then realised that they had bought the valueless stray monkeys for £700 each and were unable to sell them.

Which P2P app to transfer naira to account in Nigeria

how do you do that? please help

P2P is basically you transfering money from your account into another account for the purpose of buying cryptocurrency.
However, ensure that the person you want to purchase from is verified from whatever platform of your choice.

Exami: Mr A wants to buy $300 worth of usdt from kucoin, he opens his kucoin app, log in, head over to the P2P section, click on a verified buyer, sell.

The buyer will send the money into your account and once you've seen it, you confirm. That's All

SAND that ran from 80 cents to $8.50 just because Facebook said it's rebranding to Metaverse. At what price did you buy?

Almost every Microcap makes this move below. That move isn't coming back. I chose this one because it's one I invested in February or so based on one or two shilling from famous YouTubers. After riding the profit to the top, I sold halfway on the way down, still decent profit but far from the ATH. Since that time, I check this coin periodically to see whether it ever came close to that ATH again, and it didn't. SAND will be exactly like that unless a very euphoric bull market returns which I doubt.

I bought sandbox at 3.7 cos it has halved from its ATH 8.4. well why I am still holding is because during that btc drop to below 48k sand and mana had quick recovery and
bounced back immediately. If BTC can move up and retest 40k I should be able to get my capital back lol.

SAND can easily move pass your entry point but it drops faster than MANA, so don't joke with taking profit and when buying the dip, set a low buy order and be very patient.
