Party Convention is very Significant in determining who becomes the Flag Bearer of a party.

From the onlooks of things ...Prof.Osinbajo and Tinubu seems to be the two Major Likely Stalwarts already gaining Prominence among the Political Gladiators .

From all indications ..Jagaban seems to be the Political Giants ,I mean the Man to beat. Irrespective of whatever reasons we might have against him .The Momentum ,the Popularity ,the Structures ,the Organization etc cannot be undermined .

In Naija, Politicking is more of Consensus , Conspiracy , Agreements,Selection and Favouritism...

How about if Tinubu fails to Emerge as the Presidential Flagbearer of APC come February.

What would be Jagaban next line of Action ,Will he ever decides to work with whoever emerges?

During the election campaign between Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Dapo Sarumi, both Baba Abraham Adesanya & Chief Bola Ige practically left Ijebu Igbo and Ibadan respectively to lead the campaign for Tinubu in Lagos, while Eng. Funsho Williams provided the financial muscles and marshal his unity group led by Kemi Nelson & others to ensure Tinubu's victory at the poll.

What happened after he became the governor of Lagos is known to all. Among which was his betrayer of Chief Bola Ige in his aspiration for the presidency of Nigeria (the event at De Rovans Hotel in Ibadan is well recorded).
He also made sure he used his influence as the governor to muscle & destroy the Afenifere group; abuse Baba Abraham opening & remove his deputy Akerele Buknor who was a staunch member of Afenifere.

Bola Tinubu also dealt with Funsho Williams, he made sure cornered the loyalty of his (Funsho"s loyalists) & completely sidelined & ostracized him.

Tinubu will surely betray the north.
