forgiveness:Oga forgiveness, there is no need to argue, some of us have pass this level....truly Awoniyi had a very poor game inclusive Iheanacho but how will you be arguing with someone that said Ebuehi would have done better than Aina...Aina who was the best in that defense. Good that we lost than to lose to Ghana...time to pray for injuries free for Victor Osimehn,Leon Balogun,Odion Ighalo,Onuachu,Dennis and possibly Lookman....I think time is too short to get a keeper against Ghana but I want Uzoho in goal. 2 Likes |

komekn: we lost the game because of the referees and Awoniyi was non-existent then Okoye poor-goalkeeping and not closing down the Tunisian players... Nigeria never played like they were complacent... Nigeria played like they were scared of the Tunisian team in the first half... If the defenders had closed down that Tunisian player he wouldn't have had the chance to shoot... |

codemaniacs:April 04, 2016 TheGoodJoe: I have always believed Bielsa's philosophy is the best for us. However, keep in mind Eguavoen switched to a pressing tactics with Iwobi and Olayinka, but the red card disrupted it. I agree 100% with you that we need to apply an increased pressing strategy to our game. I am not really crazy about the midblock thing that is going on now. |

Results are the most important thing in football. As much as I love Tiki taka football, if such good football play doesn't result in goals, it does more harm than good. Johan Cruyff said it, Guardiola said it, Xavi said it. We rely so much on our wing play and that cost us today. Give me results gaddammit |

drDoom3:We needed another ball carrier in Ejuke to put enough pressure on the Tunisian defense from the other wing since chukz was once again not performing. But Cerezo left him out of the squad. I wonder what prompted him to do that. I'm surprised 1 Like |

daveP: I heard this outsmarting from the panel and I asked someone a question? How smart were they? We had loads of chances to take the game. Eguavoen actually outsmarted them, not the other way around. Even with a man down, we kept creating chances. We were just unfortunate. I think the Tunisian's are getting more praise than they deserve. Congratulations they won but they were totally outplayed as far as I am concerned. 1 Like |

Ndidi needs to seriously work on his shooting. Ndidi shooting off target from such proximity to goal is the reason big clubs won't look at him. The Algerian goal came farther away from the goal post yet he hit the target! 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe: This is why I trust you with football analysis. See, you are correct. We had chances, and most importantly, we did not play like we were a man down even when we were. There was no difference in play. Thank you for making that observation 1 Like |

Kog45: Almost all the players played poorly today due to the coach inability to read the match. I was surprised he came with the same players in the second half and started making changes after we were one goal down. Very painful. Alloy Agu should be removed from the team because he is the reason we don’t have a good goalkeeper. |

forgiveness:I thought Nwakili or Onyeka would have come in for Iheanacho and Sadiq for Awoniyi in the second half but anyways good lesson to learn. |
