Wow the budget for bulgasal was 40 billion? Did all the money go on creating the cgi for the monsters in the early ages cos that's the only thing that looks expensive about that drama. Anyway sha the cgi is tight but I definitely still think that budget is too high for this drama that I'm seeing. Lol who pocketed extra money?
