Then you should also present her £ account showing that she's still got her maintainance for the remaining 5 of the 9 months that is required since she should have spent 4 months in the UK by now. Also, school fees receipts showing that some of the money was used in paying her fee.
You have a good AR case because your application should have been judged without your wife's funds since you applied separately but you must also prove that there's nothing shady going on as suspected by the ECO in this situation.

For AR, you can add new documents showing that information submitted at the time of your application was correct ie. Your wife's £ account and receipts in this case.

Hi guys, i need some help..
I did my biometrics over a month ago now (15th dec) and till now i’m still yet to get any feedback on my application, decision has been made over 2 weeks now but my application is still yet to move to VAC..
Each time i send a paid mail they keep posting me to wait 10 days, when the 10days was over, i mailed again and they still asked to wait till 21st January, i’m sure by 21st they would still post me again..

Please i need help, do i need to go to the embassy in Lagos? Will they let me in without an appointment?
I’ve been to TLS they only told me my passport isn’t ready..

This case is very straightforward. If your wife had spent from her pof, show evidences i. e school receipt, evidence of a rented accommodation etc after deducting all these, the balance should still be in her account.

These evidences must be attached to your application including her balance I believe.

If she has tranfered the balance to her account in the UK. The she needs to provide a statement of account and I believe it must be traceable to her Nigeria account (not sure about that).

And to be honest, there is no way, she could have exhausted her pof within two months.
At least, the balance of her expenses must be in her account which is 10months expenses either in pounds or naira.

If you can provide all the above. You are good to go with AR. Otherwise my brother do your homework and re-apply.

There's no way her POF would still be on her account at this present time. Reason being that she must have paid for accommodation, Tuition installment payment, feeding, logistics etc..... The POF must have been depleted by now.

Let everyone keep pretending like that guy didn’t recycle funds for the dependent permit & got caught. You paid tuition & living expenses within 2 months to get to 600 naira balance lol. As though one can easily move such funds out of Nigeria easily. Even if you paid tuition in full, bank cannot process more than $5000 upkeep per quarter. Except she changed all her funds via black market. He is just among the few unlucky ones that the ECO actually went out of way to check. What do I know anyway, let me join in the pretence and also suggest AR .

Hi all. I'm considering to relocate my family to UK via study route but I would rather my wife does the study while I'm her dependent. This is to enable me focus on hustling as I've spent my past few years gathering certifications locally and almost through with my masters.

The challenge is my wife had 3rd class in her first degree. Although she has just started a one year MBA program in a private university. After completion of her MBA programme, can she apply directly for a masters programme in the UK or she still has to top up?

Also, if she forfeits her local MBA programme and decide to apply for a top up programme in the UK will she be allowed to move with the family plus hope she can do the master programme afterwards with 2 years post study stay?
