Everlasting professionalism requires a principle that supersedes every ramfication. Order. Order is the bedrock of any society. How do you expect people to grow better if they don't observe the order and sequence of things from a tender age. The whites you see that deviate from the best world practices are people raised in spaces devoid of order. Hazard is a good player. Am a die hard Chelsea Fan. Even though I might not name their last line up in their last game, I would never forget how I felt when we won the Champions League. Hazard is talented/lazy and nobody explains him better like Coach Jose. The reflection on the Nigerian youth and system is the lack of order in our lives that has reduced and battered our motivation to hard work, train, staying away from hard substances, etc. Abraham.Maslow in his work on motivation explains the hierarchy (order) of needs as it relates to reality. Many Nigerians see themselves in the wrong strata of the society thereby engaging in all sorts of rubbish just to keep up with the lies. I can bet you that 70% on Nigerians are in this category. If this is true, imagine the domino effect and the chain reaction that will suffice in the future. Most Nigerian youth are confused because the system has made them so. Few are smarter to stay away from many bad influences thus hitting their pinnacle. Even the writer/Op can't tell us he is Jesus Christ. Even with all the knowledge about laziness and goodness, the writer must have flaws that has limited him in achieving one thing or the other. The government needs to go back to the secondary schools and carry out special trainings to students to make them smarter so that many in the upcoming generation will boost the economy and make the system more professional. There is a dire need to help the coming generation. Especially in Nigeria. Imagine what someone as lazy as Hazard can achieve! Without the trainings and the workouts. Lastma 1 Like |

The list of players who goes from average to worst are numerous. What people fails to analyse is how average the trully are before the mask fell off. |

Hashimyussufamao: Cool story bro After your long essay Hazard and Neymar will still be richer than you ever be Matter of fact they probably made more money than you have made this year in the time it took you to write this parable . Off ya Mic comrade I never forget a face—but in your case, I’ll be glad to make an exception.” —Groucho Marx |

PHIPEX: Abeg he should have used a better example… maybe Adriano… Not Hazard who’s simply going through tough times because of injury problems which happens to some footballers… And the issue of always wanting to relate every bad situation to Nigerian youth must stop…. It like purging and blaming the food that’s still on the fire… All the problems of Nigeria today was caused by Nigerian Elders 3 Likes |

The writer made some viable points on how talent is not enough for longevity of success.. It is consistency of hard work that assist one's talent on the stage of fame to last longer.. While Mercy and CR7 being discipline on what they eat, drink and working hard daily for the maintenance of their talents.. Hazard and Neymar failed to be disciplined on what they consumes, they loss in merriment.. Laziness, they also failed in adding hard work with their talents which attributed to receding of their talents and fame.. Conclusively, writer thinks hard work and ability to manage success makes CR7 and Mercy to still relevant. That Nigerian youths need to learn from factors behind Mercy and CR7 continuous success and that that causes down falling of Hazard and Nemar. |

Really a good write up, Laziness is really a cancerwoom that shouldn't be accepted by all, though is really fustrating when one is making a little or best of efforts but the super structure upon which the efforts are based is fustrating the efforts. That's talking about the Nigerian case. But we shall not relent, we keep moving. |

The writer is a f**l for saying Nigeria youths are lazy. Some pampered uneventful people will just sit in their lazy comfort and be writing gibberish about hardworking people. Naso a brother wey dey work in a big company with fake certificate dey advice an unemployed graduate to go and farm. |

MITCHELL96:The writer is to be blamed, he started with a tribute everyone is familiar with and going on to insult the club fans as if he can prove it that the Agbero who support Chelsea makes up even 2% of it's fanbase in Nigeria. And what is the correlation between a player who had the dream of playing for a team he so much cherished to the struggles or successes of Nigerian Youths for it to be taken as lessons by them. I just lost interest in the write up at some point. |

I love this epistle, you really writes well sir/ma,impressive, I love the fact you alighted Careless enjoyment, and Laziness that affected Hazard and Neymar, but you still yet to accept there's Spiritual attacks, even with the facts you mentioned about Brazilian cults or voodoo practice...You see these 3things goes hand in hand, and one or two or all the 3 can wreck a man if care is not taken....May God revive their career and they should also take necessary actions and steps cos God no go come down ooo...nice write up |

namo77:What do you expect from Hashimyussufamao a Fulani man and brother that should be bothered with his crisis and illiteracy ridden region but instead of him to advise his backward brothers,he is drawing irrelevant comparison with hazard and in his mind now he had did a good thing since the foolish nairaland moderators made his thread front-page That illiterate should stop watching European football,he should be watching Nigerian primer league 1 Like |
