Margin trading is very dangerous... Way more dangerous than futures, but the share same traits in the sense that you can trade with leverage.

The killing aspect of margin is that you pay interest on borrowed funds EVERY HOUR.

Hence, it's very risky and dangerous to have an open position in margin for long because you'll pay heavy interest without realising it that will even push you to liquidation, especially if the position is losing and you keep it open for long.

Avoid margin trade if you cannot close a trade within one hour.

I don’t think BTC had bottom out @the $34K area. Investors want BTC even more cheaper. So, there’s a strong tendency that there could be another sell offs to drop to $30K-$29K, and such drop will activate the $19K area. I use Margin trading always, using Stoploss sometimes.
Margin is what give me my most money.
NOTE: Always use 1-3x leverage.

Margin is like u borrow money to buy a coin. Let's say u have $100 and u are certain a particular coin is performing, u can borrow $100 more and add making it $200 to invest (I.e X2 leverage)
Let's say u buy FTM at $1.4, u will get liquidated when the price of FTM go half, $0.7 (which is most not likely to happen).

About the interest, it's nothing to write home about. It's not much, depending on the money borrowed. And most of the time, exchanges give Interest Free Vouchers.

This margin/future trading business is risky.

Leverages of *50 and above are best used when you catch the top or bottom of a coin. If you can be patient and learn this above principle, you will make good cash. Somebody posted a pics yesterday of someone who made over 5k% profit from shorting Btc from ATH.

Anything in-between, it's best to use *10 leverage and below unless you will be liquidated back to back (I learnt the hard way).

It's also important to learn support and resistance especially Btc using it as your standard. You can't never go wrong with Btc as your standard.

When people get liquidated like I use to, they become emotional and don't make right decisions. So they begin to enter trades without looking at support and resistance, so the liquidation continues. Patience is key.

Although am shorting Btc from 36k now, am patiently waiting for the bottom to long with *50 leverage on Btc, bnb, sol and atom. We must make cool cash this year

Sorry to say but I can't stop laughing at some comments and posts I read here.

Well let me state some crucial mistakes majority are making here and I will give their corrections too.

1) Trading with emotions.
2) No understanding of how the crypto market really works.
3) No understanding of F.A & T As.
4) Taking judgement based on what you think about the market and not what the market tells you.
5) Newbies wanting to Earn before Learning instead of the other way round.
6) People trying to convince others with their own personal specific decisions.[everyone is entitled to their opinions though.]

Now, there are some few experts or those who throughly knows what they are doing but I wouldn't mention names. I really found their comments educative and not judgemental but some learning still needed and I'm glad they are learning more and sharing with others here on a frequent basis but they share a common mindset I picked which is understanding T.As

If you fail to learn analysis and understand it but you keep waiting for the market to play to what you want, it will continue to break your heart and give you tiny profits as compensation for your tears.

EVERY MARKET HAS TWO TYPES OF TRADERS AND THE RESULT OF THE STRONGEST PRODUCES EVERY CANDLESTICK ON THAT CHART YOU WATCH EVERY SECOND SO THERE IS NO BITCOIN SPIRIT ANYWHERE CONTROLLING THE MARKET.

You are either a SMART MONEY TRADER or a DUMB MONEY TRADER.

Fundamental Analysis & Technical Analysis are important in every asset as long as it's on the market so know how to understand them and use them.

Right now, both analysis are playing on Bitcoin and it's in a phase of the crypto cycle.

Believe it or Not....I keep gaining so I'm not touched one bit.
