JUST A SHARP NOTICE! Today I was at Maryland mall, moove office to pickup my lasdri card. I noticed that Uber is seriously looking for drivers thru moove. They don even start Uber okada for ibadan but back to the matter. For those drivers that can drive a manual car. And you're ready to work for moove, make your way to any of their office to register. They have manual cars to give out. I just say make I pass the info as I take hear am. Thanks 15 Likes |

biggace: The Guy na wizard this are the kind of people they refee to as village people I can't imagine such a level of wickedness. I always teach such persons a good lesson that will always make them calm down. Got a request at Glover Rd yesterday on Uber... I called her with my credit o that I was outside... Me: Hello, this is ur uber driver I'm here (I forgot to ask her where she was even going to) R: okay, drive in! With commanding tune she said that. My last rider dirtied my car with lot of sands so I said I should quickly clean b4 driving in. After cleaning I heard my phone ringing but b4 I cud pick up it has gone off... I know she was the one and she'd called like twice. I entered and pulled put of the tight corner I parked but b4 then I saw a lady standing outside looking around and calling. Had she paid attention to details she wud have known I was the one right in front of her but these educated black illiterates don't even look at their phone to check details of their rider. I pulled over and she hooped into thw car and the first thing she could say was but I asked you to drive in and I was calling you you wouldn't even answer... Me: sorry I was cleaning my car briefly my last rider m.... She cut in but I asked you to drive.... Me: cuttung in... Pls get out of my car! R: What? I said out of my car!, I don't wanna go in this ride again... You heard me when I said I was cleaning my car and you can c how I'm even sweeting... Pls get down... R: so what do I do now? Me: I dont know. How you come into thw car and meet it dirty wud u lile it? R: cancel then I was already doimg that and I cancelled with "rider didn't have a have mask on"... She was actually not putting on any face mask actually. Also, thats the only cancellation a driver can do on uber without being penalized. She left and I zoomed off. Aboit 2min later her raw came in again but I didn't pick up. Such rider will drop one 1 star so ita best I chase her out. 18 Likes |

expert1: Same thing happened to me. ....was taking my baby for vaccination. The driver accepted the request and on the way. But I saw it was taking longer than expected, so, i called to enquire but this bro didn't pick. My baby was out there in the cold. I wanted to cancel but I said to myself, what if he is almost here. He will end up burning his fuel. But before I know it, it showed driver has arrived but this blackhead didn't even move. I called him severally to Express my displeasure. He still didn't pick. Mind you, I would have given him bad report but I am not the type that do revenge. My point is atleast pick your rider's call and explain to them. Instead of shunning them totally. 17 Likes 1 Share |

Lush100: My methodologies are clearly written in all of my experiences you can go to my achive and dig them out then write ur book only thing you should do is make a reference and don't be like the other guy what's his moniker now again? Driverprenuer abi luxurydriver that will copy my content with making any reference... Such an uneducated act. Every educated person should know the right thing to do but how will they even when many of them didn't write their thesis themselves and the once that did only did copy and paste. 1 Like |

miccoy: I try to do this all the time but trust me most rider at least 90% will give you attitude, become rude and will shout cancel it from your end. Some will try and cajole you into going especially when it’s dead zone and all drivers have canceled. I remember going to ikorodu 6am on Monday morning. Rider a lady called immediately I accepted request and started crying and sobbing. I was shocked... she said all driver has been cancelling since 5am and she needs to deliver birthday cakes & food tray as surprise to client that she got paid 2weeks ago, what will happen if she can’t deliver? Long story short I wouldn’t have gone to ikorodu if I hadn’t pick her call. Though It eventually paid me cos I made more money that Monday than upandan in Lagos It’s better and faster to pick call and explain to rider why you not going. 7 Likes

miccoy: Okay we go dey pick una calls now... Some riders already understands the notion behind "driver has arrived"... So once you see that and he didn't take your call just simply cancel and request another. Sometimes we save the energy to answer questions like Where are you? What's the color of ur car Have you put on ur double pointer? Have you drive in? Whats your plate number? What are you wearing? ... for driving because answering all these questions sometimes can be so tiring But we will try hence forth to pick your calls. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

I delibrately stated it as it is so you guys can learn how to treat your riders with respect. I actually waited for about ten minutes. App showed Driver will arrive in 8 minutes. When I saw Driver has arrived I move out to meet him thinking he is truly here. Then I called where he was and he said he is at Jibowu while I was at Palmgroove. With a pure mind I told him I won't mind waiting for him but he said rudely that he won't be going to Magodo. I waited for him to cancel because it was him that made the decision of not going. If you are not going your rider's way, let him know or cancel. Don't waste his precious time? Truly I was finding options for reason to cancel that was the first time to see that option. Yes I was wrong but that doesn't mean I won't do that again. If I can give 5 stars rating and great reviews why can't I punish a rude driver? Dailyparrot: 9 Likes |

See the way you treated your client. Most drivers are cool headed people but just a few of them are frustrated fellow. That the lady is not with a good attitude by your judgement doesn't mean you did not have some great riders that day. Felicity001: 2 Likes |

expert1: I'm sorry for your ordeal. I actually didn't read what transpired but I would like to say something on the above statement. It is easier and more convenient for riders to cancel, than drivers. If you cancel the trip as a rider on bolt, you will not be charged, but if a driver cancels before the 5 mins wait, his/her activity will drop. There's a level it will drop to, that driver might be blocked or suspended. There are reasons why drivers choose not to go to a certain area. It could be a lastma dominated area, it could be traffic, it could be bad road, etc. No matter the reason, it shouldn't anger you riders or stop you from cancelling. I've had to cancel when riders refused to, just cos I refused going to their destination. Sometimes I take time to explain to them why it's better for them to cancel, but when they turn deaf ears, I just swipe arrive even when I've not. Then wait for 5 mins and cancel. I hope other riders here are reading this. Please cancel by yourself because you will not be charged. Bolt don't charge riders for cancellation. Bolt will reduce drivers activity if they cancel. expert1: You are just a simple. Fo. Ol. Yes you heard me right. What punishment did you think you did? Nothing! You think you're actually putting the driver's account in danger? No! Iys your own account you're actually putting at risk because you're guving false information. In case you don't know let me educate you uneducated black migrant Bilt won't swing into action by suspending the driver's account just from your single report unless if 3 to 5 riders report the same under 24hrs then a mail will be sent to him to go for another inspection you hear me so? Mumu! By the time Bolt finds out you're guving false information against their partners your account will be block for eternity. You doubt me? Go ahead and do it at least 3 to 4 times in a month and see what happens to you. Mumu 4 Likes |

In case you don't know everybody in Nigeria is frustrated and that includes you so tell me why you should add yours to my own frustration inside the hot harmatan sun? Many of you don't teach or talk to your wife, sisters or give your kids good training at home reason why they go outside and make a fool of themselves. Am i the reason for your frustration? No! So why transferring tue aggression on me? because I tell you say, "hello It's yiur Uber driver", na that one go make you disrespect or treat me like I'm your personal driver or slave?? eDiort!! 3 Likes 1 Share |
