I have a project at hand, I recently just acquired a plot of land..image belove(plot A)
I am proposing a 25-30 units of self contained or 20 at least with the following dimensions..
Room..3.3×3.0
Toilet..2.0*1.5
Kitchen....2.0*1.5
How much will the building cost me assuming I have a layout of detached buildings..

A plot of land for 30 self contained will lead to war zone. When they kill themselves you'l lose your investments

Why no 8 room and parlour self to limit the amount of persons. Be futuristic. Don't just think only about revenues and the architectural stand point. Humans can barely tolerate one another. Fewer tenants means more peace and you get your returns quicker because the occupants are at peace. Abi na you want start world war 3 ? A word is enough for the wise

In my University days, a Lodge I know of hard similar units and it was peaceful..more like mind your business and I am actually proposing it for Corp members in my area. Thanks

I believe 24 rooms of your sketched plan would fit your plot while allowing space for movement and circulation around the building, however i would strictly advise you employ the services of an Architect to proper design and plan the spaces to fit your land, and from there calculate how much it would cost.

Giving you an estimate for one unit, it would cost approximately 1.2 million for each unit
