My personal opinion: I understand the need to post certain refusal letters - when the applicant feels the reasons are unjustified or unclear. But this culture posting your refusal letters, especially when the letter is clear about the reasons for refusal, makes no sense. What happens is that someone here takes the time to tell you precisely what is already in the letter, and you go back and forth with the person in comments trying to explain what you could have read and perhaps comprehended. 2 Likes |

I think my mistake was I never mention in the note that I use my personal account as my business acct. |

fela1000:Now that you think you have realized your mistake, reapply and get your visa because that's your best bet right now. |

That is not the mistake oga. They would've still denied you even if you mentioned it. They have said this time and time again. Have a personal account and operate your business account. As far as the UK is concerned, the funds in your business account may not be readily available to you. This is why you are supposed to be paying yourself monthly salary. This salary is supposed to be the money you are to spend and save from. fela1000: 1 Like |

Oggg: @ogg i asked for suggestion , i didn't ask you to tell anyone off lol. so you dont need to say you dont think anyone can tell me anything. I am here for suggestion and i will gladly feed that back to whom i am requesting this for. So dont worry i am reading and listening to all suggestions and happy to act base on that as far as there are reasonable suggestions. We are here to learn and i'm learning.. I have secured over 20 Visit Visa for family and friends from Nigeria to the UK but i understand that every application are different hence why i am here to learn .. £20k GBP savings has been there for over a year so i don't understand what a paper trail to show how that was saved there will be of much important unless they wish to see statement since when account was opened... Origin of funds can be Profit via business activities which are available. And for all suggesting patience -thank you , i have referred that back to the applicant as that was my initial suggestion anyway. I just thought there may be a chance considering he is self employed and i am covering all expenses |

The funds some applicant declare for a standard visiting visa, is just gaudy. Like it would put one in for masters program in some and most prestige universities in the UK. Not to mention, average Brits don't even earn such amounts per annum, then, an ECO sees such in an application for a tourist/visiting visa and is left with no choice, but forced to put on some specs before making a decision. |

shegsteperz:but this is not as straightforward. The person has served a ban and completed it but yes that deception is in their profile and on a normal day these ECOs can be funny. You are trying to present a case that the person is cery stable in businesses, stable with 20k pounds savings and then in the next line saying you will fully cover the trip. For the past few months.. statements that have unexplained deposits or staggered deposits as you call it have come under refusals so glaringly. For me, except there is somethin else I am not getting, this individual is presentin a case of been stable and yet again unstable since you need to sponsor the trip wholly. In his acct will be one payment from business and then lawyer payin in rent.. thts fine but what is this individual’s personal financial and otherwise circumstance as that is what the ECO will base this on. I might be wrong but the profiles u presenting are very shaky..for an applicant with a past hx of deception ie 10 years ban. It is not out of place where someone has mentioned 20k savings paper trail… some refusal letters u see, the eco questions how someone earning a certain salary is able to accrue an unusual amount of money as bank statemnet. If they dnt feel convinced they deny visa. Itherefore join and ask how did the 20k savings come about if u must add it to the application? U need to show proof If they must apply, leave the child in Nigeria and tell the ECO they will come back from the vacation because they can not abandon their child.. but to me ooo… the profiles are somehow 4 Likes |

klifeomg:Do you have paper evidence and documents to show the history of this cooperative and explanation for the large deposits? Not just you explaining but documentary evidence?? Otherwise wait for when those payments will clear from ur acct pls and print from subsequent months... and yes u can add the US visa…. If i may ask, what is the reason for this trip? |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by cutebear: 9:51pm On Jan 27, 2022 |
Thank you. The whole story is very dodgy. It seems to me that the man and his wife want to Japa without returning. That £5k deposit to a school is another reason why the ECO will question their rush. It looks like the deposit was made in order to deceive the ECO that they will return. Nigerians have used all the scopes before giselle237: |

Thanks for your response. Sponsor for accommodation is they are staying with me and i am only sponsoring flight because i have unused flight credit . Either way i can say they are paying for their flight if that's the issue . |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Nobody: 9:56pm On Jan 27, 2022 |
Thanks @ giselle237 I think its best they wait for study . Personally I hate making applications that are questionable because i detest seeing refusal letters @cutebear ..No they aint Japping lol. They have to go back to apply for Sept intake as they are just waiting for CAS from school. 100% they will be back to Nigeria if they come here on visit. My whole family come here every year and are back to Nigeria at the stipulated time. Anyone moving here will move on study visa, its not worth putting anyone through the stress of japping on a visit visa.. when a study visa is achievable.. The £5000 was paid since last year for September ,2021 intake but Teeside didn't issue CAS to all applicant and has had to move people to September 2022 intake , there is a defer confirmation letter and an initial admission letter that's back dated well before the thought of visit. @All - I understand and appreciate you all contribution . Its just unfortunate anything coming from Nigeria is scrutinised differently. One just need to make an application to suit the requirements beyond any reasonable doubts Its just sad a family of 7 will be travelling to the Uk for this event , and he wont be present thats all .. but from the look of things he may have to join from a zoom video call lol |

giselle237: Thank you for replying The reason for my trip is to just relax and visit tourist sites. And No I don’t have documentary evidence (except if I am to print out my 6 years account statement) though I have explanation and the explanation is that I joined the cooperative in 2016 after which I started making 100k/month payment and I get dividends from profit sharing each year October. So I was able to build my financial capital over the years and it is this financial capital I lend out through the cooperative and I make some profits. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 2:07am On Jan 28, 2022 |
shegsteperz:They say they will access the application on merit but still on still these Uk visa officers because of the previous10 year uk ban will double scrutinize the application, you have used deception once, whoever wants to approve the visa will need to make sure they are not putting anything on the line.. as they do not want to be caught offguard. Sadly your brother’s circumstances financially and home tie wise are neither here nor there so you see the issue. What will make the applicant return?? U say future student visa application.. nah I dnt think so. Then so conveniently you will house, feed them and still give them your flight credits.. okay check the businesses you are referring to, you say neither here nor there .. then in another vein they have 20k pounds savings.. and future 600k. well i think September is not that far I always say try to convince yourself first, if it doesnt look convincing then it cnt convince the visa officer 2 Likes |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 4:51am On Jan 28, 2022 |
klifeomg:you should get documentary evidence about the cooperative, how long you’ve been in it, what it entails, your accruements and other details. These things are not hard to get. U can avoid the months where the huge deposits are in and apply afterwards. How long have u been working and earning this amount? If at least 2 years you can also explain that you have been saving up because you intended on taking a vacation as you have not travelled in years and bla bla. Check the internet for suggestions. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by royalmu: 7:20am On Jan 28, 2022 |
ovi4real:No date is set yet because you're yet to choose a date. Try to pick same date for every family member even if the times aren't the same. You will tell TLS staff on the day of biometrics that it's a family application so that your family will be allowed in at the same time. Try to book the appointments simultaneously using different computers. I hope you understand. |
