Before buying a used item, please do some research. Don’t get carried away by the supposedly reduced price, because it might not be worth it in the long run.

Some people come here to sell a used 4.5 mattress for 35k, whereas you can get a brand new one for 48k. You also get to pay the delivery fee to your location, you end up spending 40-42k on a used mattress. Whereas if say you close eye add 10k, you would have gotten yourself a brand new one without different body fluids and sexual intercox.

Same thing applies to printers. Brand new of some printers is 28k. Someone is selling a used one for 15k. You jump at it. The person is at Ajah, you are in Ikotun. You book Uber and pay 5k.

Is it really worth it?

Research and research.

Check online for prices of new ones. Check prices of other well rated brands. It mustn’t be LG or Samsung. There are some other brands that have proven themselves in some categories.

If it is an iPhone. Battery life is very important. No go buy 77% battery life at an exorbitant rate because you want to use an iPhone.

Bed frames? Ask your local carpenter how much he can make a standard one for you. It mustn’t be colourful or padded.

Never buy a USED COMFY MATTRESS. Even new, don’t buy. Except it is being sold at 10k, you want to use it for your kids or you are paperweight. I have one that I bought brand new and I never got to use it. When I decided to lay on that mattress, it made me very irritable.
