I just got an update (2nd phase assessments) from UBA to send a Mini Self Pitch video and take cognitive assessment.
Who else got it?

I am trying to use to loom application to make the pitch video but the app is giving me headaches can somebody help please?

The cognitive assessment was 50 questions to be answered in 12min.. !! Lol..

Who else wrote the test on the 24th of January 2022 .. ??

That same evening, I got this mail I attached.

Now my confusions are..

1. I didn't send any document prior to the mail, (but I only sent my id card soft copy because the HR said during the zoom meeting that if our id card is not clear, we should send soft copy for verification.)

2. The mail gave a deadline of 19th January 2022, meanwhile I got the mail on the 24th of January 2022.

What's the way forward, any hope? Did anyone got a different mail?

Send them the documents like that, you should've sent it immediately, it's a mistake on date at their end

Me i have been waiting since November last year just for a mail to move forward. My last mail was November 15th where they said i was successful and they would be recruiting in batches. Still holding on here, but i have also still been looking for other opportunities irrespective.

I haven't written the cognitive exam or done any interview though. Hopefully, they will get to me soon.

Why are they delaying our own set

I think there are a number of us still waiting. I spoke with some folks from previous batches and they were quite positive. They all told me to be patient that the process was being conducted in batches and it will get to our batch soon. So, let's all stay positive.
