I bought an item which wasn’t as described by the seller on AliExpress , I opened a dispute and seller agreed to a refund but that I send back the item. Please how do I ship back the product?

Why not? Discuss with seller or open dispute to guarantee your refund after you must have provided the tracking information.

However, do you think it worth the stress? Speedaf doesnt collect return packages. You're to register it afresh which may cost you a lot. NIPOST/EMS is cheap but....

Negotiate with seller if it's outside protection, if it's not, open dispute with video evidence and must provide the package with tracking info clearly visible.

Or just forget it and buy from another store.

If the item is worth spending much on for a return to it's country of origin, then I'll suggest you use EMS. You can weigh up your options furthermore with NIPOST.

Mine have been in since December 7th and I haven't seen them, ask the sellers to extend protection and hope it comes, if it doesn't.

Check your PO and ask they check their records of ordinary small packet (not registered). Epe is serviced by Marina which is to an extent, an efficient PO.

why not buy it in Nigeria. buy from jumia and get standard warranty. the price difference is not much. make u no enter Singapore post shipping wahala.

Lol I bought my Poco X3 Pro for 80k on AliExpress and it's 130k on jumia. That was black Friday though. But the normal price did not pass 110k including free shipping. But I suppose shipping issues can dissuade you from buying from AliExpress

It took 15days and it was AliExpress standard shipping Singapore post though and I bought from Goldway hong-kong store.seller have good prices for Xiaomi phones and it's original too as I bought two from him.
