honestly there is less they can do. Because even if they do outreach and dash them money it will never be enough to them, and even if they try to empower them with handwork they won't bulge cos they are not ready to work. Average youth wants to ball large and have fast money. They are not ready for follow the due process. There is so much mess in the country and our law system so poor, the thief they arrest this week would be tm granted bail some weeks after. Many wrong things going on in the country.
