I keep on saying it. There was nothing impressive about the Tunisian side.

It was an embarrassing defeat. It really is a pathetic loss. To lose to the Tunisians is pitiful.

Some will say that it was a defensive masterstroke, but it really wasn't. Even with 10 men, the Tunisian defence was suspect. And a better side would have equalised. The truth is this Nigerian side is extremely inefficient and it all boils down to the tactics of the coach. Needing 12 chances to score 1 goal.

Just like the last Afcon, we had this cup within our graspe. The competition was ours to win. We were inches away from gold. I mean, we were the best team going by how we started. We should never have lost to Algeria last year, nor should we have even drawn with Tunisian talkless of losing to them. And next year, if care is not taken, the circle will continue.

My guy all she has said is the plain and bitter truth. It will be very difficult for Greenwood to come back from this and enjoy a fulfilled career.

The Anthony Joshua example you mentioned their are some sports you can get away with some misdemeanors. Fury confirmed drug addict, Tyson ex-con jailed for rape but they still had productivite boxing besides Joshua's case was when he was still quite young plus it was igbo I think not hard drugs.

A former Sunderland player of recent finished serving his sentence for inappropriate sex with a minor but his bad reputation means he has not been able to resume playing football. Mason will need serious prayer to get out of this unscathed. I'm not God almighty who determines man's destiny but this one go tough.

TFLASHOGEE:
you can't just make a conclusion about his career being gone on till a court convict him and you never can tell what conviction and sentencing he will get wink Anthony Joshua got a community service for something tagged to be a 15 year's in prison sentence due to involvement in drug's and that never affected his career so wait till greenwood get his sentence cool

That is because you want to hinge your opinion on the result of the game which does not paint a true picture of what really happened. Eguavoen did more than make us believe. He made us play better, improved the players, and even promoted the unity of the team. He gave us an identity.

So saying he failed is not the true picture.

Finito.

Can you explain our one shot on target.

How have we been playing better under Eguavoen.
Have we ever dominated plays.
Our midfield woes continues.
Have we seen a different tactics, divergent from what is seen of Rohr's later days.

Have you forgotten Rohr's early days?
Did you remember how cameroon was beaten 4:0 with their darling Vincent Abubakir heading the front line.

Why you have not questioned Eguavoen's tactics and choice of players baffles me.
Eguavoen has been wrong from day one.
He can learn from his paucity in ideas and understanding of players.
He can improve, but telling me we were better is a farce, just the new coach vibes.

Look at Ndidi's chances, they were good chances but he miscued his shot. Even though it was a well created chances, it will count as off target. If I remember right, Aribo had a good chance close to the box but shot wide, it will count as off target, even though it was a good chance. Remember Sadiq's last chance. It was a very close one but went wide and so it will count as not on target.

So chances created and chances on goals are good criteria to show how well the team played. If you look at that, you will respect Eguavoen.

Eguavoen wrong from day one according to you but voted best coach in the group stage and won all three games in that phase, while bringing excitement to the fans and fear factor to the team. Had players improving and put in up their best performances playing for the Super Eagles.

This your wrong from day one is confusing.

It was not our "fate" to lose anything. It was not our destiny to be beaten by a weak team. A team that was so weak they barely come forward to attack. We lost because a coach and his players felt too confident and played like there was nothing at stake. No strategy, no tactics, just go into the field and be yourself, enjoy your game, play as you play in your club. That's not a strategy. That's a freewill to doom.

Bring your strategy and tell your players how to make it materialize. Simple. Not just playing gengen pressing with no end results.

Mind you. This is not a dig at Eguavoen. I have my respect for him, and he's a superb coach. But he failed his one simple "tough" test.

Which kind of too confident. We played well. A keeper error and an unfair red card killed our chances. That is beyond the control of the coach.

I love this team prolly more than you do. But the hard truth is that we failed. Eguavoen failed. The players failed. The keeper failed woefully. Why? The coach got our last game tactics wrong. We lost to one of the poorest team of the competition. Dammn it.

Failed, failed, failed.

We have heard that side. The point is, did the coach do his Job well? Yes he did. It was an unfortunate loss because things beyond his control made us lose.

We created 13 chances. Tunisia created 7.

Na wa. The woman against Neymar did not bring evidence against him. She accused him. It was Neymar who brought evidences to prove his innocent.

In this case, the lady brought evidences against Mason Greenwood.

There is still Spain Germany France and co where greenwood can kick start his career ,so I don’t know why you suggested Chinese for such a good player
This is not Nigerian where Salisu will be punished for bribery and walk back into the National team after serving his punishment. He won't play for England again, he might have problems signing with various clubs due to his status as an ex-convict and sex offender.

You need to understand how these countries work. They have very sensitive people. A European player was once banned for life from the National team after making a Nazi sign

True their are two sides to a story so we wait and see. Neymar issued an almost instant rebuttal through a video showing what actually happened so let's see what Greenwood will do in the next couple of days.
