I'm just going to paraphrase.
My brother happened to be an engineer; so anytime I'm away from school, I most times work with him. Few year back, he had a contract from a supposed pastor/church worker. A residential building to be converted to a block of offices at Ogundana estate in Ikeja to be precise. The work had been on for a while but due to funds, there is always some setbacks on when to continue with the work. I had just finished my final exams then and waiting for nysc when my brother told me he would be going to Lagos to complete a project and if I would be interested in working with him. Without hesitating, I gave him a yes as my response. Few days later we set out to Lagos from Ibadan to spend one to two weeks. Since Lagos isn't a new place to me, I didn't take anything around me too serious as all I had in mind was the money I'm there to Make except sometimes when we take a walk out in the evening to catch cruise with those Allen babes . As the brother to the engineer on site, I didn't have much to do though I still try to proof I'm also capable ( I studied urban planning) until nail mistakenly pierced into my foot . Days passed and things were beginning to be in shape due to how fast we were to finish up the work and also the real owner of the project had called he would be showing up any time for inspection.. There were nothing much to do inside the building compare to the outer part because the inside of the building had already been painted so things were 90% in place. So after work we have our rest over the night in the same building. Work continues as we were all anticipating the inspection day. After about six to seven days, we were doing the flooring of the compound when we got a call that inspection is that same day. We were all happy as things were almost done and also hoping he would meet us while we are all busy with something. We waited till 5pm nobody showed up and then we all call it a day. Had dinner, take a walk, gist and all then came back to rest. We were all asleep when my brother received a call around 12:00am to 1:00am that the owner of the project is on his way and that he doesn't want to meet anyone in the building/compound. It sounded to surprising but when got no choice than to leave. So we all (about 7 of us) stepped out and try to hang around because it's an estate, it's in the midnight and the gates are locked so no where to go. Although he said he's just coming to spend few minutes in there. So we were all outside standing and being dealt with by mosquitoes. About 10 minutes later, his car showed up. He would have preferred packing his car in front of the building gate but because of the gravel, granite and some other things there, he had no choice than to park few distance away from us so we had a better view of the car. He came out from the car after he parked then a man dressed like an herbalist/cult men came out with a boy of about 3 to 4 years old and went into the compound. They spent more than 30 minutes in there doing things known to God alone. By the time they came out, the boy that walked him healthy with them, needed support from them to walk back to the car. I was so scared I couldn't believe what I saw. Immediately they left, there was this heavy rain thet started which made all of us to run back into the building as there was no where to go. This experience has made so scared about everything Nigeria. I have tried my best to forget about it which actually worked but anytime I open nairaland and see those relating news, there is always a flashback. I have tried to be careful of where I go because of that day's experience couple with childhood experiences. We completed the flooring and left the next day but I don't think the project was completed because all I wanted was to leave so I didn't bother asking my brother questions.

This shit happens everywhere. Engineers, contractors and anyone in that field...... Abeg make everyone dey careful and prayerful wherever they work. Thanks.

It's ignorance. People do stupid things in the name of spirituality. The same way some fools pray to a sky daddy who is totally non-existent.

Scary but you still don't have proof of anything, it's all an assumption, it could be a mere accident just like the nail that injured you.

If you are above 25,there is no way you wouldn't have seen something similar to this in Nigeria, except you don't go out to hustle (Caged indoors) My Gee,things dey happen.. Once stayed in a place, where a bank manager organized a party and invited me and my guy staying together then.. Someone told us not to go ,and we should watch what will happen within 7days.. E no reach 7days ,two person among those that attended lost their lives misteriously. Then the woman reminded us of the advised she gave us earlier.. Then she she said" na so he dey do every year"

just you imagination .a young boy of 4 year old might be feeling sleepy by 1.30 am and need to be carried . The man might be a traditional tittle holder or a pastor of white garments churches .so calm down.

As much as I would like to dismiss any kind of foul play, the question is : why would such a tiny boy be taken to a site at that odd hour of the night?

My friend was suppose to resume work at a new hotel in port Harcourt. After the staff training, the hotel management keeps postponing their resumption date with reasons best known to them....My friend is a spiritual person and I have personally witnessed some of her revelations coming to pass. Omo she saw in her visions a small boy crying spiritually in that hotel. That the owner of the hotel killed and buried a boy in the hotel's foundation. Probably one of the reasons why the owner is having issues opening the hotel.

It's hard to believe you're not trolling.

But if you're not, and you're indeed that thick, know that a rational mind will leave the lad in the car. With the driver. Or anyone else that can stay behind.

It is not only unnatural to go for such inspection at nights but also reeks of foul play to go in with a stable child and come out with him looking feeble and despirited.

If it was sleep, and he was the father, he will carry the child.
