First of all, to make yam porriage, you need yam. I have already pilled the yam to save time. After pilling the back of the yam. I washed it and cut it into smaller bit. Stay tune for more tips are coming 2 Likes 1 Share

After removing the dirt from the Crayfish and stock fish, I washed it with clean water and then I proceed to pour all the spicy and protein into the pilled yam. A- Crayfish with dirt B- Crayfish after removing the dirt C- Stock fish D - Freshly grounded pepper and tomato 2 Likes

Here is the mixture after adding salt, Maggi, grounded pepper, onions and saint leaf, raw pepper, Crayfish, stock fish... I added half litre bowl of water before turning up the heat. 3 Likes

You can ground it with turning stick although, it's optional. Final ingredients is to add palm oil and let it stay for another 10-15 min. 1 Like

Nice mouth watering ingredients for a yam porridge. If you want your porridge to have that inviting look and unique taste, don't add the fresh pepper and oil from the beginning. Add them when your yam is soft and done. Stir and allow to simmer for a few seconds. Then bring it down. It's going to look and taste great. |
