I have to agree with Deji Adeyanju, Peter Obi stands no chance at the elections, no Igbo man does unless both parties APC and PDP decide to zone the presidency to the South East, and that is highly unlikely

Abi, just the way Yoruba wouldn't have won if PDP and other parties didn't zone their tickets to SW during Obasanjo.

Of course IGBO will surprise you

It is a known fact that Nigerians, in their tribalism and blindness, would rather repeat the buhari mistake again and again than vote an Igbo man.

But, the Igbo President that will repair this country, and he's on the way, will not come through the polls.

Delusions of grandeur is allowed bro. Enjoy.

But you are the one greatly deluded with thinking that it's right for SW APC to ask for zoning of the presidency between the north and the south to enable the south produce a successor to President Buhari, but refuse the same zoning for the southern regions, because it's the turn of the Igbo to present a successor to President Buhari.

And why did they lose?

Because Tinubu worked against them in Favour of Buhari and that’s how Buhari got bloc votes from Southwest delegates.

Same thing happened in 1999.

Ekwueme lost because some political forces had already thrown their weight behind Obasanjo because of 1993 Abiola imbroglio.

It is not necessarily because the north loves Yoruba more or because he was a better candidate.

So manage your relationships so you can get so called political forces to support you
You kwa get others to support you because of the cannibalism and Popomiri brouhaha
Find a way to convince people to work for you
You dominate the Akube and used spare parts business not because Nigerians love you to dominate it > In that field you say it is "makate" so why not compete similarly in politics

Supporting Atiku so we can get Vice is part of the contest.

Or what excludes it?

Oswald, please tell us the antecedents of Peter Obi.

WHAT ARE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF PETER OBI AS ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNOR?
Penguin2:
All these idiots that feel they are now relevant because they have followers on Twitter.

If there’s any reason Peter Obi doesn’t stand a chance, it will be because of the stupidity of majority of Nigerians like Deji himself; who prefer senile kleptomaniacs over competent young people.

If there’s any reason Peter Obi doesn’t stand a chance, it’d be because majority of Nigerians like Deji enthrone ethnocentrism and Religious biases over merit, in their search for a leader for Nigeria.

Most Nigerians knows in their heart that if Peter Obi leads Nigeria for 4 years, our story will change forever.

But will they vote for him? Not when Tinubu urchins are running campaign of calumny against him.

When we are ready to fix Nigeria, we will vote the right people until then…

Tinubu for President 2023

Ganduje for Vice President 2023.

What do I care if they empty our treasury.

I think I even need to stop stressing my head.

That is a great move and would make for an exciting election
But still you need to wait till he wins the primary. Also I do not think you will get the VP ahead of Wike

No we won’t.

Because after Wike has vigorously opposed Atiku and supported Tambuwal or Bala Mohammed, Atiku will now reward him with VP if he clinches the ticket; possibly with the of Southeast delegates.

Clap for yourself.

Exactly. In 1999, APP, AD and PDP all zoned their tickets to the SW to ensure that the South West produced the President

Had that not been done, most likely that the SW would not have produced the president

The last time I voted was 2007, so say something else. Peter Obi is a despicable and hypocritical tribal bigot. The scumbag turned the Fashola Anambra "destitute" saga into a Yoruba vs Igbo affair. He also called ACN "Yoruba party" as a campaign strategy against Chris Ngige. He will never the President of this country.

How can you expect the same APC that you and your people hate so much and even tag a Fulani and Islamic party to zone its Presidency to your region? Everyone knows even if APC fields a combination of Achebe, Zik, Ojukwu rolled into one and PDP fields Shekau, your people will vote PDP's Shekau. You guys think you're smart abi? Tell PDP, the same party you and your people slavishly worship to zone its Presidency to your region. But we know that you and your people will still end up voting for Fulani Atiku in 2023 like the proper slaves that you are.

The SW people had AD as SW political party when Obasanjo from the SW won presidential election in Nigeria in 1999 through PDP formed by Igbo Alex Ekwueme. The SW people didn't vote for Obasanjo.
Stop your shophistiwretched logics. It's the turn of the SW region to reciprocate by supporting two Igbo presidential candidates for flying the flags of APC and PDP, to enable the south to produce a successor to President Buhari.

No be only reciprocate, na reprobate. Since it was Alex Ekwueme that singlehandedly formed PDP, then tell them as your darling party to zone its Presidency to your region. Stop begging a Fulani and Islamic party to zone its own to your region. You and your people should be man enough and have shame for once.

Your mumu never do. Bayelsa state which was once PDP voted APC and they won, only that the mandate was later stolen. Sensible people have shown to vote based on the merit of the mandate, even though the useless system makes it like selecting between devil and the deep blue sea. Your option for APC in the person of Buhari has shown to be total failure. And your choice this time is equally going the ways of 2015.

There were also Igbos as foundation members of APC. Are those Igbos not qualified to be president of Nigeria after president Buhari?
What makes you believe that because there were more Yorubas than Igbos who voted for Buhari, therefore, APC presidential ticket shall be a reward for the SW?

The point here is that the main political parties of the time only fielded only South West candidates to ensure that the South West produced the President. Had APP fielded a Northerner with a South East running mate, may be Obasanjo may not have won.

Presidency should have been rotational between the 6 zones. Many Yorubas already assume that APC will field a South West candidate. What they dont know is that if PDP fields a Northern candidate, the North is likely to swing towards PDP, leaving the South West isolated.

Many Spare parts shops only have Ibo Nwa boys? What s the moral or that revelation

You are creating YOUR OWN POINT
The point is that The Ibos contested party primaries and LOST PERIOD
The main parties fielded a Northern candidate in 2019 was this to ensure that a Northerner won?

What do you mean by the phrase "TO ENSURE THAT THE SOUTH WEST PRODUCED THE NEXT PRESIDENT" I do not recognize that analysis. That is an opinion but there is no evidence for that
