Hello fam,

Going to 4 months after student visa application, my immi profile reads "further assessment". No CO contacts yet.... biometrics and medical Done..Hope I'm safe, this silence from DHA is killing

Good evening Sir, I'm making this enquiry on behalf of my friend. He graduated with 3rd class in electronics / network engineering but has since completed a PGD here in Nigeria.

He wants to migrate to Australia permanently via Masters degree in electronics / network engineering.

Please is this course on the occupation list for PR?

Also, which affordable school can he apply to for the Masters degree program and what are the procedures for securing admission?

Please any useful information will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Masters in Nursing Science will not give you PR

It would be better to go with Enrolled Nursing EN in a regional University to stand a great chance of nomination.

Deprofessional:
Please gurus in the house, is it possible for someone who is currently in Aussie and who has a degree unrelated to nursing to study masters in Nursing by doing something like a bridging course?

I had a discussion with someone and the person said its possible and that some persons take that route towards a PR.
I just want to confirm.

Responses needed urgently.

I'll appreciate response to my inquiries....

I once had a rejection in 2018 in Australia due to shortage of funds in my sponsors account, I want to apply again this month, are my chances of securing admission/Visa high or low due to that reason.

Which one is best advice between PFL or BCIE to use as agent?

Please @solitin40
First and foremost, do you have sufficient evidence to present this time around?

If you want to go to university this time around, you'll need money, so as long as you can show documentation of financial support, you should be able to get in.

What is Enrolled Nursing? Can one without science background but with Msc in other discipline be admitted into it?

Hello gurus, I need some pieces of advice.

I paid my tuition via WU globlapay, WU confirmed receipt and equally statted that they've forwarded payment to school. Medibank (OSHC) sent a mail to inform me of my policy (I paid through school) but school is yet to issue CoE. Is this normal?

The policy certificate of my OSHC says it started on 21/01/2022 even when I've not applied for Visa? Does this mean the insurance is already active and rolling down?

I'm an ECU applicant. With the continued ban on WA borders, my agent asked that we proceed with Visa application, is this in my interest or are they rushing me to commit simply for their own gain?
Advise me please.

Enrolled Nursing is merely a diploma in nursing that is under AQF level 5, whereas Masters is under AQF level 9, which is the top level.

The Australian Department of Home Affairs has issued a warning to student visa holders who wish to change their primary subject of study. "If you change your main course of study to a lower Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level and do not apply for a new Student visa, you run the risk of having your visa cancelled," according to the Department.

It is necessary for the student to remain enrolled at the same or higher course level in order to avoid a violation of the 8202 condition of the visa. Course enrolment, level, progress, and attendance are all conditions that must be met by the student in order to fulfil the condition. The violation may result in the cancellation of the visa.

It is common for students to need a new student visa if they are switching from their primary course of study to a lower AQF level course or to a non-AQF course, even if they are staying with the same education provider.

When a student changes course from a Doctoral degree (AQF level 10) to a Masters degree (AQF level 9), however, a new visa does not need to be obtained.

Please contact the school and enquire as to why your COE is not available yet.

Your OSHC commences on the day you arrived in Australia.

They're wanting their commission, but you should still apply for a visa now because it takes time to get approved.

As previously said, seek out universities in South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. These states place a premium on their graduates. Goodluck

Yes it's 100 percent possible with a good agent, like the one that did mine- OAA Study. They are very good. As long as you meet the requirements, you are in Australia

How long did it take the processing bank to debit you? And how did you get to meet up with the 3 days expiration of WU Globalpay?
WU GP said the 3 days isn't for the money to arrive. You should initiate payment within 3 days of receiving the quote ni. I submitted form A on Wednesday, got $$ on Thursday, got debited on Friday. I think WU confirmed receipt on that same Friday. (I guess it was fast-tracked by my contact at Zenith.)
