The rate of ritual killings, "Skull mining and organ harvesting in the South-West is becoming quite alarming. The media have tried to remove the obvious ethnic colouration to it and made it a "general" issue, However, truth be told, this is not the way forward, fingers should be pointed to the right direction without fear. The truth is that Yoruba land is now a den of skull miners and this issue need o be tackled from the root.

The media have blamed "Nollywood" when the main culprits are the Yoruba movie industry that relies heavily on ritual killings to end or tell their stories. Again, the activities of Alfas and native doctors should be regulated through their umbrella bodies. Those who engage in ritual killings and negative practices should be identified and punished.

N:B Please mods, face the truth and do not delete this thread as you have done in the past. I complained about this trend when I visited Ogun state and opened a thread only for the mods to close it.

Why are you angry at the OP, are you a skull miner ?

You could have ignored his thread instead of abusing him

Laziness is the cause

Skull mining in the South West will continue as long as the people of this area continue to play the ostrich. This is a cultural problem. A failure on the part of the elites to skew cultural growth towards positive paths. Denial won't solve this problem. Finger pointing, won't either. Accepting you have a big problem created by yourself and not by others is the first stage to finding solutions to the problem..

The reason why there are lots of skull mining is because the price of Bitcoin is going down and many of them lost money.

Bitcoin needs more heads in other to go up again... That's what one baba told me.

So the question is how many heads does it take for Bitcoin to rise up again.

The Yahoo boys need to answer this question.

The reason Bitcoin is down is due to US interest rates but taiwo & kehinde don't know this.

It is the lack of acceptance of this fact that is mindblowing. Is it that society supports it? You will not even find them here finding solutions, you will only see them when Biafran issues are raised.

In all honesty, the OP is somehow right.
Boko Haram is known as Islamist militants, IPOB is called Igbo secessionists, Bandits are called Fulani herders.

Now the ritual killings is seemingly a surreptitious media effort to make it look like National issue!

How can you compare terrorist groups acting with impunity and with thousands of supporters
with foolish criminals who would be burnt on sight?
How does that even make any sense to you?

Laziness, ignorance ,greed, barbaric cultural practices etc are the reasons for high rate of ritual killing in south west region, until the above mentioned issues are addressed, it can only get worse.

Ah! don't do that, many Yorubas are good people...but my goodness, are they cunning sly foxes. If these ritualist killings had happened in the SE, they would have hinged the success of every Igbo man on rituals and plaster it all over the media.
