No mind them bro.
Anybody that points accusing fingers at you have poor sense of reasoning and low IQ.

You've been all out on cruise here from day one, and everyone knows that.
You've been attacked Severally, but you always find a funny way of handling it.
You've started so many violence here, but you've never accused anyone wrongly.
Even with all your pettiness, you've never been the 1st to attack anyone here.

This is a faceless forum, many have never met. So when people pick offense over another's comment, I see it as low self esteem.

So just be yourself like you've always been. You owe no one nothing.
You've been accused of being a little short man, a rental guy, an ant claiming LazyD, a briefcase, an instigator of war, but you never reacted in an aggressive/offensive way to any of it. Whether the accusations are true or false.
That's how every matured person should behave.

It is one (if not only) reason I like Pearl1910, even though I'm his major Antagonist here.

Shield if you can and want.
Go all out and attack anyone if you can and want.

No one is feeding you.

TOP 7 DANGERS AFFECTING EVERY UBER-BOLT DRIVER IN LAGOS

Sit a cabbie down for a pint of beer and you will hear the most terrible, heart-wrenching, disgusting tales, and sometimes amazing fact checks of events that happen just around you without your freaking knowledge. It pays to pay attention. But for the sake of this post, I have drawn the Top 7 fears of a regular uber-bolt driver in Lagos state. If you have not experienced no 6 then you are lucky grin grin

Hidden One-Way drives in Lagos; No doubt it seats pretty at number one for a reason.
Sometimes, try to monetize your problem so you can have a better understanding. A one-way offense in Lagos will cost you over N200,000 and a lot of mental torture, bureaucracy stress, and time-consuming court processes with a risk of losing your car. Newbies are mostly the victims here, not you sir... Mr. know-it-all. Watch this space because i will be making a list of hidden one-ways in Lagos state soon.

Car Air-conditioner: Sometimes as a driver, you would look at yourself and ask; “Is it just me,
abi everybody AC dey misbehave?” Because why is everyone saying “oga is your AC on?”. Well, two things you can do my friend; fix the damn car AC or skill up with an A++ in your customer service and talk your way out. Non is easy, but one is the solution. Sometimes it’s not your fault either, but it definitely turns your car to a glorified Danfo.

VERY true. It's easier to make money as a business person in Nigeria than as an immigrant operating in another country.

Good morning people.
So, I registered for my lasdri and lassra last month. And I'm still in serious need of a vehicle fit for ride-share.

Though, I'm at the side of lagos-ogun, tollgate, very close to Alakuko now but I'll be moving into Lagos proper(mainland) in few months time. This is my number 0803 340 8800

I've reached out to few fleet managements but it's either there's no car available now or it's only DTO that's available with a down-payment of 200k to 300k.

My guarantors are available and reachable and I'll so much appreciate a good car for rentals.

Thanks and happy new month.
My number once more 0803 340 8800

If I had 15m the last thing to cross my mind will be to leave this country.

Firstly you could build from scratch to finish a 10* standard room and palour self contain property with 12 to 15m.

When fully occupied Will give you at the very least 840k to 1.1m per annum.
With the way prices of commodities are skyrocketing you're sure to have an increase in rentals in a few years.

You'll have recouped all your capital in let say 10 years and still have your structure.

Now you still have about 5 to 7m. Get a decent car and register on bolt this should be around 2.5m, you can probably set a target of 50k weekly while you look out for other opportunities which will surely arise.

My 2 cents.

Guys don't run any traffic light with a camera whether it's 11pm or 3am no matter what. With the new policy of Road worthiness renewal, apart from the stress of waiting and real inspection of the vehicle functions, computers are checked for traffic light violations and all fines are paid before Documents are Issued.
20k for traffic light violation. Imagine running traffic light once a week for the past 1yr grin
Be careful out there.

firstly I guess u didn't consider the location, cost of land and present cost of building materials before pipe dreaming that 12-15m will give you a 10 standard room /parlor..

secondly your assumption of increase in rentals would also have effects on peoples purchasing power..

Thirdly, u can't recoup such capital in 10 years... NEVER..

I won't advice he gets a car for bolt but instead find his way out of the country
