Shot from d back and the head of the seat didn't catch d bullet first before the man's head. Shot from the back and the blood made its way to the front body of the man.

To the best of my view on this event.

1) They didn't stop for searching at an army checkpoint.
2) Those at that checkpoint called the one ahead.
3) From the observations above, the car is supposed to face the the officers at the second checkpoint.
4) He was shot at from behind rather than the front.

I don't get this story. I'm in the dark.

If the first officers didn't follow the vehicle, there shouldn't be the bullet spot at the back of the victim's head but rather the front OR did the bullet change direction like 180degree change OR what?

That's a shot from the front... The rupture from behind is the exit point of the bullet.... Hence the blood splatter

For forensic purposes... The shot was from the front through the windscreen or passenger door side.

You can see the bullet wound at the back has an open mouth indicating something exit out of there forcefully.

If that was the entry point of the bullet, it would be compressed inside. It's like using a pencil to Pierce through a coke can... The part where the pencil comes out from will have an open mouth (like okro gratters) that can even injure the fingers while the entry point will be smooth and protrude inwards .

The story is clear, the first checkpoint called the second check point with a full vehicle description and an order to shoot at sight and without questions, they did.

That is the difference between Policemen and soldiers. Their trainings are different. It is Policemen that would arrest you, soldiers will kill you straight. No case.

Judging from the above comments, it seems a lot of Nigerians don't know the implication associated with not stopping at check point. If this story is true, the soldiers that shot him dont have a case, they will be promoted for what they did self.

These are not police officers, but soldiers. If the US army had a checkpoint anybody failing to stop would likely be shot dead and they would be no case to answer.

Once I approach any checking point I do the needful ( slow down,wind down & a wave to greet)Most times they allow me to go. The hot sun heating up their heads can make them go crazy.

Only that. But since the second checkpoint was notified beforehand, I see no reason why they we not compel to stop unlike the way they'd have be made to stop if the soldiers were not informed. I think you know how military checkpoint is. Barrels or pointed iron crossing.

Possibly a makeshift checkpoint done in a hurry else they wouldn't have easily gone past the first point not to talk of the second one where scaling got the man killed.
