Apartheid was not meant to serve anyone but white people! get that in your thick skull Samorobo, Electricity became evenly distributed under the ANC post 94! Far flung villlages got water and electricity so are the townships..

There reason we have power outages its because we've been riding on old power plants for too long, and as ive said, infrastructure becomes obsolete, it really is tut simple.
