olas24u: Oga go and read Ironsi's unitary decree he didn't take power from the regions. The regions was a collection of provinces to be administered by a provincial administrator(term for governor). It was the civil service that was consolidated to the centre. I am very sure 100% that you have never read the unitary decree by Ironsi and by the way that decree didn't last up to 2months. Gowon repealed it and brought his own decree which has been in use today in different versions over the years, so the blame should be on Gowon and not Ironsi. 2 Likes |

Furious1:Not even lagos has that type of return indicates demand and supply.in lagos there are estates every where and a large porion to choose from lekki ikeja, magodo, omole, marland, ilupeju, etc.but in enugu the estates are not there like we have in lagos,so prices will go up.its so simple logic |

olas24u: Still You are not smart at all. How can you blame someone whose decree never saw the light of the day and hail the man whose decrees laid the foundation of the disunity we have today. Once again you are not smart. Thank God this is an online forum people are seeing your posts and knowing how dense you are. 1 Like |

Oga you must settle with the locals, it's everywhere. Even Agip understands this, they gave us 24hrs power and inner street roads. If there's power failure the locals dey protest for their gate, every company must settle their social responsibilities, the writer chose to put it that way , she just told you she's investing in the East abi did she say she was packing. And which one is a different interview, that's the whole write-up and it wasn't an interview, she was giving a speech olas24u: 1 Like |

obynzo: i never told you am a smart person ,apart from the unitary system you could pinpoint other activities that will show that igbos tried to dominate others early in nigeria ,the reason why the english camerouians left to join cameroun i is still because of the same thing .the coup is another pointer ,so you cannot fool anyone that reads with your own version 1 Like |

You don't know anything about real estate. Forget real estate, you don't understand demand. In California there are real estate firms everywhere but the market has taking a sharp rise since after the pandemic. It's growth olas24u: |

olas24u: Again you are shifting posts let me take down historical lane because you really know nothing about southern Cameroon. The area known as Cameroon was a German colony known as German Kamerun after World War 1 it was carved up between France and England. England administered the area known as Southern Cameroon as a UN buffer zone. Now it meant that they were an independent entity. They were made to be part of colonial Eastern Nigeria. In 1951 they were granted autonomous status and given observer status in Eastern Nigeria. They were never part of Eastern Nigeria but were only observers in the house of Assembly. Now the independence of Nigeria came which put them in a precarious position they cannot continue to be observers but rather they have to be participants and as such a plebiscite had to be carried out for them to decide where they wanted go. Now the southern Cameroon politicians had two powerful rivals Endeley and Foncha. Endeley was a close ally of Azikiwe and he attended Government College Umuahia and he also taught in what is now Yaba poly. Endeley wanted to remain with Nigeria but his followership was not as strong as Foncha, and as such he relied on Balewa who sent a letter of appeal to the southern Cameroonian people. Now as for Foncha he was promised a prominent seat in the Ahidjo Government and knowing Cameroon was not as multi ethnic as Nigeria he could get more benefits in Cameroon and as such he convinced the people to tow his line. You see there are igbos more versed in history. The era of your lies and propaganda is over. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Onitsha River Port Concessioned To Universal Eligion Consortium (Photos) by Daveconsult007: 9:50am On Feb 04, 2022 |
olas24u: Ironsi didn't create a new system. Regional Governors and regional government were still in intact until 27th may 1967 when states were created by Gowon. Ironsi died in 1966 July |

olas24u: Story story. Go back to your history class. There was constitution drafted by Ironsi. Ironsi decree was repealed by Gowon and Gowon created two decrees. One after abụri accord then the other was the creation of state. Stop coming to a public forum and lie |

I do not really know where you get your facts but please can you send the links here on whatever you are claiming that being said . Nobody said that Anambra airport will pull traffic from MMA or make it go dry, give the Airpot time Mr man. Proforce strightly produces mostly armourd vehicles so I don't know why you pull that comparison with Innoson. The Onne port you are talking about, you haven't visited the port to see the structures there, many things needed to put in place which are not yet . So I have analysed your comments here and noticed that you r just a resident of Lagos State, I dont know why everybody from South West is claiming Lagos is their State, it doesn't make sense at all, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti, and Ogun States.. Nobody is from these States again? If you believe in yourself that there is no systematic marginalisation of Eastern zone then we do not have any argument to make here but that will change soon and I can see the likes of you won't like it . Point of correction, the name is IGBO not IBO as you wrote . Thanks. OsuAmaka: |

OsuAmaka:I'm glad Onitsha river port is coming alive. Congrats to Onitsha people and Nigeria. However Onne is a river port NOT a seaport. Only Lagos State has a sea port. The other ports in Nigeria are river ports because they are built along rivers such as the Onne river, Calabar river and Warri river. Nice info on the U.S.-trained Adetokunbo Ogundeyin's Proforce Defence Industries (the first indigenous vehicle manufacturing firm in Nigeria) spread to Kuwait and UAE. He is an innovative and quiet man... that believes in action! There's also Obasa Specialty Vehicle (OSV) manufacturing plant in Ekiti State that makes armored vehicles that the private sector and FG agencies have purchased over the last few years. No noise making or bragging unnecessarily. |
