Rubyzz: Hello. The same thing happened to us and they refunded. It takes a while but they will pay you don’t worry. Send an email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk with your complaint. List the applicant’s name. DOB. Passport number. UKVI payment reference number and GWF number. If it doesn’t work come and tell me and I’ll give you the final bus stop but this folks usually sort it.
