You need to submit a court doc granting you parental responsibility over the child; you can also legally adopt him. This along with evidence that you've been responsible for him will suffice. That will save you from making complicated explanations to UKVI.
If you don't have the above, you'll still need permission from your spouse and the child's other parent.

they changed from tier 4 to tier 2 before studies finished ooo… it is possible and has been done.. had to get letters from their schl to state the work doesmt affect one thin one thin. Na dem come write for living in the uk thread with their hand…

same drama...you collect the dollars from the bank… go back to the black market and chnge back to naira. U get more naira, then you buy pounds from the black market. Ultimately you wud get more naira to cover any losses and will get more pounds this way.

You may want to get an affidavit from the court.

it will take less than as long as all documents are in place and no bvn discrepancies. If they are wasting time send an email to the bank and cc cbn’s official email address. put ur phone no and the bank branch, you will be shocked how the matter will be resolved in less than 24 hours..

I had similar experience. But I already got a letter from waec claiming they made mistake befor I applied. So and get a letter from waec. I was referred to a woman by my agent she works in waec office ogba side and I paid on ridiculous amount. About 25k or so. It’s better you visit their office in person.
