Im under no disillusion that SA has had less than average growth since 2009.... However our target growth is only 5% while Nigeria should be growing @ 7%+ our country is much more developed and our population growth has slowed hence our economic growth targets will always be lower than a less developed country like Nigeria..... Also last decade Nigeria has averaged 2.9%....almost SAs level
