There HQ should have a database; give them tracking there let them run query and see what there finding will be (and any nipost or nipost connect here can also help)

you need to got to your state post office HQ, and also send a mail to NIPOST. you can't blame aliexpress for there ruling...
The solution is to find-out what happen, find a way (through you or through NIPOST) to send an official mail of "lost item"
I am in Nipost bag too, I hope mine don't end up like this.
Nipost is now a NO NO for expensive items

I 100% agree with the bolded.


They stole my $130 smart watch. I sent them a mail on it and it's been four days and no response.

I've had other costly items pass through Speedaf without issues.

WRONG information. Not ALL phones are shipped via Singapore. My last 4 phone parcels were all shipped via AESS and delivered via SpeedAF. My current phone is also en route Speedaf.

News? No more free AliExpress NIPOST delivery. For every item you received, you pay with receipt issued/already attached to your package(s). This includes Speedaf self pickup items routed via NIPOST.

Omo buying from AE using NIPOST is now hell.

Ordered for Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Outdoor Speaker since 7th December 2021 and it has been on "Out for delivery Departed country of origin" since 8th December 2021.

I'm just fed up, this is the second time I'm experiencing such.

Exactly bah. For them to take out a package separate, they'd have to go through it first. I'm very sure Nipost or Customs would rethink. Customs for one will know the parcel will belong to a Military personnel, and as a sister agency, he'd at least accord them that respect......
