Why I Hated Esther by Kessiena10: 6:33am On Feb 05, 2022 |
There is a particular woman in the Bible I used to regard too extreme. In fact, I once despised her. It was Esther. In the book of Esther, the Bible says Esther made the king kill Haman. And as if that is not enough, she asked the king to kill all of Haman's ten sons too. So I kind of despised her and was like, who does she even think she is? The king is even someone else's husband. And she is a nobody. Just because she's made queen, she's now overdoing things. Then I started reading books that taught me the wisdom in what she did. One of the books described what she did as tying the knot! And I began to understand better. There are so many wars that were fought in the past but because the warriors forgot to tie the knot, the same struggles and fights are repeating themselves today. In the same way, there are so many people you had cut off in your life before, but because you did not tie the knot well, they are back in your life. Causing the same havoc again. Some people must be cast out completely! When next you identify them, cut them off and make sure you tie the knot very well this time around. Kessiena10:See this one? Jesus Christ talk say you must love your enemies, pray for them, give them what they ask of you and go the extra mile if you have to for them, this one dey here dey read of Wars and what she refers to as tying the knot. Some of you don't even know your left from your right yet you pretend you know Jesus Christ. SMH! |

So in other words, we should tie the knot by killing those we want to cut off completely so they don't come back to cause havoc, abi. Cos I'm yet to understand what you're trying to say here. |

There is a great lesson to learn in your message. Tying the knot there doesn't necessarily mean to kill someone. Tying the knot could mean having the needed wisdom to cut off from evil friends, applying the right wisdom in dealing with household enemies or cutting off from them totally, overcoming temptations, etc. So there is a great lesson to learn in your message. |

PastorMIsBack:Regardless of what you understand of what she means, the fact is none of what she claims has to do with God and Jesus Christ and that being the most important. God no send una to dey mimic the likes of Esther or Paul or Saul or any other out there. He asked us all to become like Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone. Anyone attempts will never do. 1 Like |
