What exactly is the work of the NCCSALW and what is their salary scale?
I thought the organisation created was TASKFORCE

However the ministry released a circular last week saying they'd begin payment this week.

I got the fcsc form and I studied education, does it mean they will put me under the minsitry of education like a teaching job, I really don't want to teach but I can work in the minsitry as administrative officer.

If it's under ministry of education, most of those with educational background were employed as teachers.... If it's a different ministry or agency or parastatal on the other hand, those with educational background are employed as admin staff.
However, in this Nigeria, anything is possible, that is those with educational background in ministry of education can still be converted to admin staff

Depending on your connection, there are people with Nce working in Federal medical centres, some working in Ministry of Justice and so many others.... These are people I know, no be say na go come

They did release letters, some were called last year ending for re capturing and they were paid January salary.... Though there are lots of others, about 620 I think, waiting for recapturing.
Just yesterday I found out some out of those affected have a watsapp group where these things are discussed.
In fact to clear your doubt, I refer you to Premium newspaper..... just type 'ASCSN meets Officials from ministry of education'... and see the outcome, and this meeting was last week.

Demands

NPA... compiling list
PTI... Is issuing letter
NCDMB... arrangements have been concluded for interview, at least 6 people will be recruited from each state with Oil producing state getting 10 each.

INEC....they are also finalising arrangement with JAMB for conducting CBT exams for the main recruitment

NSIA.....will soon release advert for main recruitment, for those that study finance and have their degree abroad, they usually give consideration and sometimes conduct interviews for them, you can submit your CV at their Office in Abuja if you study Finance, Accounting, Economics.. etc

NIMASA...another batch of recruitment is due this quarter of the year..

NASRDA.... Will also be be recruiting openly this year as the agency is short of technical staff to carry out it operations.

NFVCB.....will also be recruiting this year..

PTDF....plans are underway to recruit this year

NERC....will be recruiting too.

A lot of education institution won't be recruiting, except FG lift embargo on them.. some that recruited are finding it difficult to capture their new staff aside the newly established ones who were given consideration.

EFCC... will commence a fresh recruitment this year after their promotion exams in February

I gave my connect the fcsc number, don't really know his plan and I didn't tell him the particular ministry. To teach federal govt school is not easy, the students are too many. The ones I have taught in private school I know how stressful it can get.
