I think you need to ho with your family to inform their inlaw that you are tired and fed up with the marriage and wants to pull out

It can be dissolved there if you think they don't need to bring you guys together again

They may plead and it's left for you to accept and give a second chance

I want to do it legally. I just don't want issues in the future.

You must need a lawyer to file for the case and which will also need a lawyer from your spouse to reply for the actual case to start.
