Under your APC administration. Lautech was shut down for over a year. Every heard that before? With the governor then telling them to go to hell.

Today,Seyi got Lautech 100Percent for Oyo. Paid about 3Billion now to offset the terms of agreement which is 8Billon to pay the rest before 2023. Paid salaries left unpaid for years.

Went as far as establishing the college of Agricultute at Iseyin and reduced the fees of Lautech students by 25percent.

Today, Lautech is the best state university in Nigeria. I just defeated you hands down with Lautech which is science and technology. Do you want more?

Well, I do agree 4.9Bn might be inflated sha, but if the articles I saw online were to be believed, the winners were selected through a bidding process. If there was a better bid, then they'll probably have gone for that.

Also, I will suggest you read the details of the project, because it's not just renovation, but renovation + remodeling, which means there will be structural changes (they are converting it into a 4 star Hotel).

And oh, the building is not consisting of 500 shops like I asked us to assume in my earlier post, attached in the picture below, is the details of the building.

Look at you endorsing mediocrity. It’s really shocking. No wonder the state is the horror show and embarrassment it is while the likes of the Orji clan and Ikpeazu just laugh at everybody all the way to the bank with state funds

All the roads in Aba are barely 100 miles and can ALL be repaired in 18 to 24 months

What’s more shocking is that the city has grown in size and population since the 1970’s and early 80’s but we are not even talking about new roads to meet city growth like in normal sane cities. It’s the roads from the 70’s that can’t even be rebuilt.
Port Harcourt road, Obohia, Ohanku, Ngwa road etc.

Port Harcourt road is barely 5 miles but Ikpeazu has brought dignitaries to commission the start of the road repair several times yet not 1 meter of that road has been rebuilt till today.

I weep for people who have to live with this horror.
