What is your load size before and after sunset?
Do you get your battery to float before sunset?
How old and what make is your battery?
What is the maximum charging current have you seen on the charge controller?
Do you also charge with NEPA or it is solar only?

If your load is 700W constantly, you have little left to store in the battery going by the second picture you shared. You haven't really been fully charging your battery. You need more panels, maybe double your current number. That way, you will get your 700W during the day and still have enough to store in the battery to use in the evening/night. Hopefully, you batteries haven't become sulphated.

UNFORTUNATELY, ur charge controller --felicity --is not a very good make, it doesn't record cumulative daily harvest, that would have helped us ascertain if your solar production is ok or not. from 2160w...i expect you to produce an avg of 5.5kwh to 7kwh daily in this harmattan period.
you shudnt run your freezer 24/7....as this will deplete about 2.7kwh of your daily harvest....already about half.

i hope your inverter is notthe heavy/transformer felicity model?...if yes..it has high idle consumption of over 120w, so just for being on...its draining energy from the battery, like you have a 2nd freezer .

3rdly, one or 2 of the batteries may be bad drawing the system down and not taking charge.

going forward, get this battery voltage display device, that can show individual battery voltages at a glance. get the installer to change your inverter to a hybrid unit, these have low idle consumption and log dily solar panel production.

lastly, like u hv been told already, shut the inverter down and allow the charge controller, attempt to charge the battery full again, after which only run the freezer for 9am to 4pm

Some things you could consider:

If your freezer is set to the max on the thermostat, then reduce it. It doesn't need to be that high since the power is now constant

You can use a timer to switch it off for maybe 6hrs during the night when it will not be opened at all

Your panels are most likely dusty. Climb up on the roof and clean them. Dust on panels reduces your production significantly. They still produce... But much less

If your load doesn't get past 700watts, then it is really strange. Do you have approx measurements of your panel? And if its mono or poly? You can use the measurements to work out if you were sold over rated panels.

Your batteries should also hold 700watts for longer than 3hrs.
How certain are you of the 700watts? Is it measured or you guessing from calculations.

But let's start with the panels... Clean them and measure them first
