Hi all please what is your advise as per the link below for proof of funds https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html For someone who came to Canada with 3 years work permit and now eligible to apply for PR after 1 year of work . If applying under CEC or FSW, must the person show proof of funds or not ? |

so I got your mail I think. your school is in Mississauga, you will need accommodation around that particular city to avoid over 1-hour travel by bus. I have an apartment in north york but around York uni, Toronto. so travel time will be 1 hour. let me know your decision . gracevien: 1 Like |

Hi nairalanders, PLEASE HELP ooo my spouse applied for OWP but no update yet. My program and visa will expire in April 2022 and I have gotten a new LOA for another program. I want to apply for study permit extension this week. Do I mention OWP’s pending application in my study permit extension sop or OWP should send a webform with my new LOA and inform IRCC I am applying for an extension. I am wondering since my current visa is less than 3 months and OWP application is still pending decision, what steps do I take before submitting study extension or after submitting study extension. Thank you. |

please i want to invite my mum to canada and she will be travelling for the first time on temporary visa and not conversant with travelling abroad at all. her final location is manitoba, how possible is it to get her assistance with boarding from lagos , departing from the aircraft at toronto and going around at the airport to get the next flight from toronto to manitoba. Please assist with suggestions. Do any airline offers that service if so, please what airline? |

lasignor: For the pick-up, you can order Uber. Also, there are rideshare groups with people who'll be willing to do that. First, get a SIM card. Maybe Bell, Rogers or whichever. I use Koodo btw. For SIN, just google the address for the one in your town/city and take Uber to the place. For bank account, you can try RBC plus they give good credit card limit. Concerning internet, I'll recommend bell. Google their customer service line and listen to their deals. For apartment, try Kijiji or Facebook marketplace or ask around. You might be lucky to know someone who knows someone that has a pointer for a good apartment. Of you have anymore question, don't hesitate to ask. 12 Likes 4 Shares |

At the airport in Lagos or Abuja she should tell them she needs assistance (wheelchair) even though she can walk by herself. That way from depature uptill Manitoba she will be given assistance, meaning there will always be a person assigned to her at every arrival point to take her to the next departure point. All airlines do this so its not a new thing. adelolo: 5 Likes |
