I want to buy a new phone cos mine does not have space for more apps. Am in UK. I approached EE and was given an offer of credit and spread payment in 24 months with a increase in interest rate at a point.

Or do I save up and just buy or phone or go for it to build credit score?

Are they places I can buy phone and spread payment without subscribing to a mobile network because I have Vodafone and Giffgaff already.

There is a place to filter out houses that have been rented out especially on Zoopla, openrent and rightmove. If you check the apartments, most carries "let agreed" once it's off-market.

They don't delete because of reactivation when tenants move out, I suppose.

I remembered purposely including let agreed in my search with the hope I can negotiate the rent (Naija street sense but anytime I call the agent, I will be told the house is taken. I wasted many days pursuing such houses trying to save some quids.

Another annoying one is the rental agent not removing their board at the property after renting it out. Only for you to call making enquiry and get sorry, it’s gone response.

If it’s not that one doesn’t pay per minute call, the kind quarrel council go dey settle on the house matter for plenty

Storage heater in the palour, barely used. Normal heater in the room, turns off when the room is quite warm. Can't wait for winter to be over.

Since you use storage heater, which is usually for heating, do you have another boiler for hot water? I will assume no as most houses on only Electric use immersion heater. I would want to think the immersion heater is your main issue.

Immersion heater is like using a boiling ring to boil water in a big drum. Can you check If you have a very big drum with a power switch beside it? Then, that means you are using immersion heater.

Kindly let me know if that's what you are using then I can advise you on how to use it effectively.
