Yes, but still not working. I found a helpful tip from reddit, the guy also have the same problem his ps4 was normal and the low resolution shit was gone after he reseted his Ps4.

The picture quality is low, like in low resolution with obvious pixels, can't you see it has shadows, blurs and so on. I'm suggesting reseting my Ps4. That is the only feasible solution I found on the Internet.

Look at sharp crystal clear graphics of this ps4 home screen games compare it to the one I posted. This one looks 1080p, mine looks 360p or even lower.

Not from my TV. I use an original Hisense TV from Fouani. I tested the Console on both LG and Hisense, It gave same result.

I saw a post on reddit with someone having similar problem, he said he woke up one day to play his ps4 and he realised the graphics was awful and shitty. He tried all efforts to make it go back normal, it failed. It was until he factory reset his ps4 before it was normal.

It's either your Hisense is a more recent model than your Samsung or the later is fake. Samsung is the world's largest electronics company. Their reputation is very important to them.

I changed the HDMI cable and it's still the same.

Then this might need a professional Diagnosis.

It might be Display I.C issue or something related to that.
